The inn boasts a phenomenal location within a short walk of downtown Mesa. It is just a couple blocks from the vibrant main street, the historic district, tons of restaurants, and museums like the Mesa Fine Arts Center. The walkable neighborhood is safe, quiet, and gives a sense of peace and calm. Guests enjoy lovely breakfasts, including excellent homemade scones, fresh fruit, and healthy options. Complementary snacks and beverages are available in the common areas. The beautiful pool area and inviting front porch are perfect for relaxation. The hosts are wonderfully attentive, providing incredible attention to detail, great recommendations, and a perfect balance of privacy and hospitality. With gated off-street parking and coded entry, the inn offers a luxurious, top-of-the-line atmosphere for a refreshing and cozy stay.
We were only able to spend 1 night but we will definitely be back. Kurt and Shauna were extremely welcoming. Its a beautiful 1906 era home conveniently located within walking distance of great dining and entertainment.

Highly recommend the Visionary Room - Beautifully curated with easy access to the back veranda and dreamy outdoor pool. Absolutely gorgeous home with so many lovely details. Great service. Delicious breakfast. Good coffee. Easy walk to downtown restaurants, patios etc. Do not hesitate! This is a true gem to experience.

W2ND is really lovely, comfortable and quiet. It's easy to walk to events and shops, which was one of our priorities. The hosts really take care of their guests, and the inn is relaxed and private, more so than the larger places around town. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.
