I get told to bring my old LP records to this location to see if I could sell them.I don't like how it was handled. I say that because this was the first time in my life. That I had ever done anything like that. I don't mind that they were not interested in a single record I brought. I do mind the attitude or manner in which I was treated. Good luck getting me to come back to any store ever.

I wish everyone had the same willingness to attend. The woman didn't want to look for the popular movies that not even anyone else had, but she was overcome by laziness.

I will give them three stars. The reason being is that the past year they have gone down hill with their customer service. Particularly the person with the 3D nirvana tattoo and taller gentleman with purple hair. They seem like they are too busy to help you always. There is some really nice people there that want to help you and they have a nice selection of merch.

stuck up managers that almost seem upset to help you. the selection is great but at times you will find the same things priced wildly different from each other for seemingly no reason at all. most of the employees there look bored or upset that their management doesn't care about helping them or apparently the rest of the customers. go down the road to bookmans or find another zia location to shop from, this one is not it.

Awesome selection and this is where I got Sleepaway Camp 3 on DVD which is hard to find. I was also able to get a blu-ray replacement case. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

Can you all please stop putting security tags in the middle of the pages of the books you sell? I understand security, but there has to be a better way. You ruin your own inventory. I would never buy a book with a security tag plastered smack dab in the middle of a page.

I bought a pack of Pokémon cards, and it was marketed at its full value and didn’t initially look unopened. It did say preowned on the sticker but in super tiny font. When I opened the box it was held together by black tap and each of the packs in it was opened and missing 1-2 cards and they were cut open in a way to look like they weren’t opened at all. I get it if it’s preowned but if it’s also missing parts don’t market it at full price.

They had the vinyl LP we were looking for.Other than that, lots of interesting retro stuff, from toy figurines to Pokemon cards to DS games to even some Skylanders stuff. They even had used electric guitars and amps. Used books, DVDs, blu-rays…. I almost want to call it a “modern” antique store, though they carry some new stuff, too.

Purchased about 7 vinyls so far from this location. One record happened to be warped but they were able to exchange it with a less warped record. Could’ve been that particular shipment of records but overall enjoy going in and finding what I’m looking for. Great variety and selection of records

Decent record shop. Mix of new and old mediums… but mostly new. If you’re just looking to generally add to your collection this is a good place to start, but if you’re after vintage vinyl you’re more likely to strike out.Lots of other extras like merch, games, figurines, toys etc. little bit of everything. More of a modern day record store than a hole in the wall shop where you can dig for vintage gold. Still fun to look around though!

This Zia is the worst one. I have a Lot of memories of being screamed at by my ex and the fact that, like all AZ record stores they don’t sell house music comps of quality.

I've been here many times but only twice to sell. Both times I called ahead to make sure they were interested and would look at what I was selling. First time it was stereo equipment and I'm not kidding when I say, it took over four hours! The guy inspecting went over every inch of every speaker and receiver and when he finally called me over he pointed to all the equipment they had in stock already. said they didn't need any of it and I should have called first. Second time similar experience but with records and books. Only bought the mangas. Not fun to sell here. But the staff is mostly ok. A little stand offish but okay.

If I could leave NO stars, I would! Walked in with a small bag of items to swap/sell, there were 4 people at the Trade Counter, with small stacks of items in front of each of them. I thought I wouldn’t be there AN HOUR AND A HALF before they got to my items, at which time there was 1 PERSON at the Trade Counter! SERIOUSLY THE WORST ZIA EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

I had about 10 boxes full of records turntables dvds blu ray players all in sell shape etc and they basically said we don’t want to look through that much stuff. Very odd way to do business.
