“I was on my way home and my car's check engine light came on several miles from Globe, AZ. I pulled into O'Reilly's and the man who assisted me (I'm sorry I didn't get his name), did the free diagnostic check and I was told it was the Variable Valve Timing Switch. Unfortunately, they couldn't fix the issue (it requires a mechanic), so I decided to wait until I got home to get the part from another O'Reilly store. He told us he felt the car would be fine to drive home (approx 60 miles) But the man who helped me did so in the rain and was very nice and helpful! So a huge thank you to him - from the 3 women and little dog in the blue Honda Element on Sunday, 3/31/24! (We made it home safely!)”
“I am so thankful for this AutoZone and the amazing employee that stepped in and helped my husband tonight with our car battery replacement. While working late and far from home, our car battery completely died and it is not in an easy location on our car. This incredible employee (I wish we could remember his name) stayed after hours and helped my husband install the new battery and he was able to make it home safely. Then when my husband’s car was totaled in a collision, due to our confidence in their professional services, we requested the car be towed to Globe Auto and Body.
