“so i changed my review from 1 star to 4, although USPS everywhere is a chaotic system, and i’ve had my fair share of of problems with delivery etc living in sedona, i have to say that the post master Michael does everything in his power to help resolve issues, professionally and courteously. i’m sure it’s not easy, and i’m relieved there is someone like him in charge.”

“I had been online for an hour and had three different phone conversations concerning my mail forwarding problem. Each contact gave me different information. I went into the Out Post and the ladies got busy checking all available information. This took a considerable amount of time out of their busy schedule. Lo and behold, by the following Monday my problem was solved. They seemed to really care and gave me new information. I love the customer service there, a rare thing indeed these days.
