“We absolutely love Kahoots Pet Store in North Phoenix! The staff is always so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping you find the best products for your pets. They took the time to patiently explain the different food options and helped us choose the best nutrition for our dogs. We never felt rushed or pressured.
It's hard to find this level of customer service these days. Everyone is always willing to answer questions and share their knowledge. We highly recommend Kahoots to anyone looking for quality pet food and outstanding service. This has become our go-to pet store!”
“So incredibly clean, friendly and kind!! It was my first time there with the baby and she did sooo good getting her nails trimmed!! Just amazing people!!! Also got her an “I survived my nail trim” cookie and she LOVED it!!!”
“Absolutely amazing customer service!
Maya was wonderful! She took her time explaining different types of dog food so we could make an informed choice. She was so knowledgeable, kind, and patient!
We’ll only go to pet planet now because of her assistance!”
“We've been taking our fur babies here for 5yrs now and the girls are all great with them. They even have your own wash station too.. if you're running low on funds. You can come in and pay to wash your own pup and have them do the trimming and etc. Make sure to have all the shots updated on your fur babies 24hrs before they come in. Bring a copy for the ladies to put into the file too.”
