“This is by far the best pet food store I have been to in the valley for my cat. They have a large selection of freeze dried treats, toys, cat harnesses and both wet and dry foods; all high quality and an affordable price. They were welcoming to me bringing my adventure cat in her backpack and I have never had a bad experience with the various employees there. Everyone has always wanted to talk about pets, what works for them and are forthcoming when asked any questions. I was sold as a loyal customer within a couple visits. As an added bonus, their rewards system also quickly adds up points!”

They were AMAZING with my boy! He’s a year old rescue poodle that’s blind and they were so incredibly patient with him. He was in rough shape when I dropped him off and when I picked him up he was a happy boy! I’m so thankful for Alexis, her team and her husband! Chico is tucked into bed now after his evening at the salon.

We had recently rescued a small maltese mix who was in a matted mess. They did a wonderful job and showed kindness and a love for their work. “TJ was absolutely wonderful! 10/10 dont judge the picture we just set up the tank 1 day ago. With TJ's help we were able to pick out all the perfect supplies live wet rockand sand, amazing filter system, and all the correct additives for our coral and fish we would like to add as well as a heater. We are extremely excited and cannot wait to add our sea creatures and coral within the next 4 weeks after tank Cycles. “The staff are so nice. I came as a walk in to have my dogs nailed clipped. Her nails were super long and curling into her paw pad on one foot. The groomer did an excellent job. The groomer was quick and trimmed the nails excellently. I will return and I highly recommend BARK IF YOUR DIRTY!!

“11/7/25 edit: I could cry tears of joy. Megan always takes incredible care of my Sammy boy, and this time she supervised a trainee who groomed him. I told her as long as she was there, I knew he would be safe. Everything turned out perfect and Sam even came out with the cutest little autumn bandanna. My fiancé and I have engagement pictures with the pups this weekend, so this meant a lot. I finally understand why customers at my work come back just for me, because Megan treats my dog with the same kindness and care I give to my clients artwork. I love PetSmart, but Megan is the reason I will always return ? I trust her the most with my baby… overseeing the groom or doing it ☺️.
2/27/25 edit: still amazing as ever. Megan is my go to gal and I can’t thank her enough for the care, respect and time she puts towards my boy. I trust her fully and I appreciate her so so much! She also did grooming for Sam right before my fience and got engaged (11/9/24) and took photos and Sam was looking dapper as ever!! Sam is getting more comfortable it seems but still is sensitive around his rear. But I’m happy to see he is improving in his time at the groomers ?
June 2024: Ryn & Megan did an amazing job grooming my little man , Sam. His first (not here) and second (here) grooms did not go too well, but I really appreciate this petsmart working with me to try again. I am sure Ryn could tell I was weary about leaving him there, but they were so kind at checkin and they made me feel comfortable as they brought him back. I am so happy with this outcome and Sam is so happy too! Megan did her best trimming his sensitive booty and toe potatoes (I know Sam can be fussy in those areas), and did an amazing job on the rest of him! Ryn told me how they washed Sam and how they sat with him through his nervousness. Just knowing that both of them gave him the kindness and patience my little man needs made me so happy. I will be, for sure, coming back more often to work with Ryn & Megan!! I highly recommend these two groomers ??☺️? Thank you Ryn & Megan again for such a positive experience! (We stopped by my work at Michaels to share the freshly groomed boi to my coworkers and to spread some “Samitonin”) so I took some photos there)”
“If you're coming in with anything bigger than a box truck, do yourself a favor and come IN FROM THE SOUTH. It'll make it MUCH easier to be facing the correct direction to get in the dock.
Take 59th ave off of buckeye (the frontage road, that only goes north!) Turn on Washington, then 57th. Come in the first gate and you'll be all set up to back into the docks. Cars parked on the street makes getting in/out a little snug, but not terrible.
