Extremely inconvenient having to "schedule an appointment," a week out to open a simple account. Meanwhile employees visible at desk without customers. Help the person with immediate need at location in the moment. Do your calls in downtime. Went to a different bank and got taken care of in 20 minutes

Top Notch! The Branch Manager, Johanna, came in to specifically help me with a signature needed on a document. She answered the phone too, which is rare to have such great customer service these days. Will continue to use them!
