“Had a wonderful experience renting ebikes from Jesus at Ride Tucson. We got to enjoy a nice ride around the loop trail, the trail entrance is in the same parking lot as the business. Bikes were well maintained and fun to ride. We even got to see some coyotes on our way back down in the river bed. Highly recommend!”

“I traveled to Tucson for a cycling vacation and my DI2 cable was damaged. While another bike store said it would take a week to get the part Bicycle ranch had it in stock and replaced it immediately. They also helped me trouble shoot hydraulic disc brake problems my home bike shop couldn’t fix and again had the parts. Their prices were very reasonable and the staff very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They clearly take pride in their work and treat customers with respect.”

“Great service for a very reasonable price. I brought my mountain bike to HMS to have my shifters cleaned and serviced and to diagnose why my front disc break was rubbing. They got my shifters working great and they figured out that there was one less ball bearing on one side of the front wheel axel than there was on the other. That was my fault, I cleaned and re-greased that front axel. I never would have figured out that I put one less ball bearing on one side and that was throwing off the balance of the wheel, thus causing my disc break to rub. I'm so glad I brought it in to HMS, they really know what they're doing.”
