They have actual humans working there and it is not a storage unit. This is definitely the place to go and they are right next to the prettiest part of the trail.
I flew in from out of town and tried unsuccessfully to get a bike from one of those ridiculous storage units. I was sent on a wild goose chase across town and I wasted almost 2 hours. Avoid that hassle and just come here. Great prices. it’s actually a lot cheaper too.”

“It was a pleasure working with Jesus of ride Tucson. I purchased a Velotric Breeze Electric bike at the end of December 2025. The bike arrived at the end of January of this year. Jesus had everything set up for me to take a test ride so he could make any necessary adjustments. Jesus also recommended a person who could deliver the bike to me in the Green Valley area. Jesus is very personable. And cares about his clients I will certainly be bringing the bike back when any maintenance needs to be done. Came in a few times during my 10 days in Tucson, and each time had a great experience with these guys who are great mechanics, super nice and helpful, and provide super quick service. They had plenty of road race tires in stock in the right size ? and best of all were able to help me when my wheel cracked on my Factor before the trip was over. 10/10”
“Broke the crank preload ring on a Sunday afternoon. Got to the shop at 3:30pm and they took care of me by 4:00pm (closing time). Fast n friendly service. Saved my last two weeks of riding as we are in from out of town. Definitely be my go to shop should I ever have any issues in the future. Highly recommend.”

“Part of my matcha muchacha series! I went to try out the Sakura matcha, which was such a sophisticated and floral tasting drink! I absolutely loved it! Highly recommend to try, especially since it's seasonal. It was my first time at this cafe, and I really liked the vibe. It is moat definitely a hidden gem. They have indoor seating as well as patio seating that's mostly shaded. The best part is they carry okashi treats!”

“This place is awesome! We rented bikes for a day on the Loop and then kept a smaller one for mountain biking (it’s impossible to rent kids mountain bikes). They were super helpful and the used bikes were great. Nothing fancy, but they did the job well. Definitely recommend them!”

“I was on the loop and my disc brakes were not working. Very squishy. I stopped in to see if they could do a quick adjustment. The guy doing repairs (I wish I knew his name) told me that the disc brakes I had were meh and I would always have problems with them. Then he educated me on the beauty of hydrolic brakes and how they're functional for months without needing adjustments or new oil. So I went for it and he had them installed in a day. He also adjusted my phone holder, bike bell and rear camera mount in more functional positions which I appreciated too.”

“Took my trike in today with broken front suspension. Even though they are backlogged about a week, they helped me out and got my trike repaired in about 30 minutes. Thanks guys you saved the day, as we had just got to the trailhead and unloaded the trikes when I discovered the broken suspension. With your quick repair we got back to the trail in time to get a 23 mile ride in.”
