“If I could I'd give the Premiere Collision Center a 10. Last week the manager Mr.Carrasco did the estimate to install a new trunk lid hinge. He knows the work and does not waste time! I got a new OEM trunk hinge and drove in today. Mr.Perez the owner was outside just getting done with another customer. I showed him the hinge and he said they could install it right away. After what seemed like less than an hour in the well-furnished waiting area the job was done! The work including painting the hinge was perfect. Note that replacing a trunk lid hinge is a lot more complicated than replacing a cabinet hinge. These guys don't waste time, they do great work, they are honest, and the price was reasonable. I hope to avoid further auto body issues, but if not at least I'll know where to go.”

“Let me first say that there is enough stars to even begin to say how amazing this shop is. This was the best car service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Not only did they do a jaw dropping job on my truck. They went out of there way to help me in a situation that they didn't have to help. First, I went to them because someone recommended Rich and his company to me. My whole truck was keyed and needed a new paint job. Other people that I went to while searching was just very blah, only wanting to take care of the scratches. When I met with Rich he gave me in detail what needed to be done. I could just hear in his voice he took passion in his work and wanted to please every customer. I left feeling like I knew my truck would be in good hands. I requested to have my truck ready on a certain day because I needed my truck for my son's birthday party and they had it done on that exact day. When I went to go pick it up I was blown away with the beautiful job Rich and his crew did. Amazing!!!!! My first stop was to go get the inside detailed because it was pretty bad. Without even asking they had it already done! As I drove it off the lot getting ready for a busy rest of my day, my breaks go out getting off the freeway. Mind you this was not their fault or their problem. Two weeks prior to dropping off my truck to Rich I got my breaks done by another company in which was the cause. I didn't know what to do so I called Rich. Again, not their problem but Rich sends one of his guys out to come get me (Johnny). Johnny found the problem, called for a part and by the time we got back to the shop the part had arrived. Johnny replaced the part in about 40mins on his day off. No other shop would have done that. Even my break shop that I called couldn't even get me in or had zero concern. From the first day that I walked into the shop the guys were so welcoming. I was so stressed because if I was going to be without a truck I would have had no way to finish planning for my son's party. They did not have to take care of my situation the way that they did but they did out of kindness. They literally saved my life. There are no words how grateful I am for everything that they have done. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Your shop is amazing and overall just great people. You guys deserve every star you can possibly get!!”

Good guys, very friendly. Steve knows old cars and especially vettes. There is no need to go anywhere elsewhere, but you have to be patient they are a small, talented group of guys, so they are busy, and you have to wait for a slot.
It's definitely worth the wait I will go nowhere else with my 66 vette.”

“This place and people are so fantastic! Tracy and Sean worked so hard to get my insurance on board with what needed to be done on my car. They had to put up with me calling every day, I was so desperate to have my car done. When the insurance finally agreed on the amount, my car was done in no time. I got my car back in better shape than I gave it to them. It's very hard for me to clean my car being disabled, they cleaned it for me. The mirror that had been torn off, was fixed perfectly.
