“Working with our insurance company after being hit by a negligent driver, we chose Caliber Collision Center to do our repair work. Our service liaison, Amber, was tremendous in her job. She greeted us immediately when we arrived with our car and spent as much time as we needed to go through all the paperwork and details of what needed to be repaired. Once work began, she kept in touch with us either by text or a phone call as each phase of the repair was completed. we were kept informed every step of the way. When we picked up our car at the completion of the work, it was spotless and nearly showroom perfect. In over 60 years of driving, I have never experienced the quality of craftsmanship and customer service demonstrated by Amber and the entire staff at Caliber Collision. Well done, folks.”

“Exclusive Paint and Body replaced several rusted out panels and completely repainted my 1966 Corvair. The resulting body and paint work was excellent. Ralph (and Shannon) were easy to work with and open with suggestions on details including some paint customization (added hood and trunk stripes). “They took a look at my truck and told me they could fix my truck back to looking like it was brand new. I was slightly skeptical but optimistic. After scheduling an appointment, everyone at the center was helpful and easy to work with. They were really great at walking me through the process of the repairs and also helping me set up the rental vehicle through Enterprise (they have an office on-site). Once I dropped off the truck I was given text updates daily and I was pleasantly surprised when the repairs were done in just a couple days. Seeing the finished product actually had me smiling from ear to ear. I honestly couldn't believe the were able to bend metal back to the exact shape of the door to were it looks like it came out of the manufacturer that same day.
