“For screen protectors for my iphone or Apple watch, the Zagg kiosk is the best option. They are the best at applying them and their guarantee is the best. I had a Zagg screen protector applied at Best Buy and it developed a lot of bubbles. I took it to Zagg and they honored the guarantee and applied a new screen protector for a fee of $10. Very worthwhile!”

Today I visited a T-Mobile store for the second time, and I came away even more convinced that I'd made the right decision. I was having trouble wiping the phone I'd traded for the 17 Pro: the demonic 16E. I needed expert assistance. Enter: Jassy. It's a good thing this friendly and super-competent young woman loves a challenge, because the demonic phone tried its best to thwart her. She refused to surrender, and didn't give up until mission accomplished. Jassy, if you're reading this, you are amazing! Thanks again.”

“In response to the service rendered to my family and I by Abril; This message is for Omar's (supervisor) awareness. In recent time, our contract with our old carrier was coming to an end. As such, we began seeking services through other carriers. This being a family decision we sought to address all of the concerns specific to every family members within my plan. Sale's representatives at some locations spoke solely to my wife and I, while others appeared to speak only to my children (teens).
Abril is one of the most multifaceted individuals I have ever met. When engaged in conversation with my my children she was able to present information on phones that met their demands while keeping true to a vernacular that sounded slightly alien to me. However, when she engaged my wife and I she would omit that verbiage from her speech pattern and began entertaining variable of our purchase that are important to us, such as cost and safety settings. Additionaly, she to would speak to us in a very respective tone and in a vernacular more suited to my age.
Abril found my children phones that helped them with what they wanted in their new phones, while also addressing my concerns.
Being told what I want is what I received at every other location. Abril did not do that, but rather listened to all of my family members and I.”

“Dustin is by far one of the most professional young men I've met in Tucson! I have a Bose Wave System that I brought to Dustin as the CD's kept coming out whenever I attempted to put one in. I had no idea who to take it to and as I started searching online, I came across Ready Set Repair on Oracle. When I called and explained my issue, Dustin encouraged me to bring it in so he could take a look at it. My husband, who passed in 2025, had given me this Bose system and I really loved listening to various CD's that my husband had bought for me! Needless to say, I was heartbroken as I realized it might not be able to be fixed. I plugged in my Bose system when I got home and put in a CD and I had this beautiful music playing for me! I would highly recommend Dustin to anyone who needs their electronics looked at or even worked on! If you are looking for someone who cares about your electronics and wants to do the best he can to help you, then I would 100% recommend Dustin! I will definitely be using him again when I have electronic issues; I wouldn't even think of using anyone else!”
