“Daniel has been extremely helpful. He was there every step of the way, helping me trade in my old iPhone 11 for a new iPhone 17. I am currently out of state (from Tucson though), and he has been helping me via text. He responds instantly and his customer service is top notch. I have never met him in person, but can assure you his customer service is unmatched. Not sure if Verizon gives out awards for top employees, but if they did, Daniel deserves it. Go to this location for all your Verizon needs! Ask for Daniel.”

“For screen protectors for my iphone or Apple watch, the Zagg kiosk is the best option. They are the best at applying them and their guarantee is the best. I had a Zagg screen protector applied at Best Buy and it developed a lot of bubbles. I took it to Zagg and they honored the guarantee and applied a new screen protector for a fee of $10. Very worthwhile!”
“I used their service again, on 01/04/2026, as my phone was not switching on. They provided a quick service on Sunday and repaired my phone in 10 minutes. Destiny (the staff) was polite and helpful. It was speedy service, no waiting time.”

Customer service is top notch, helpful, fast and convenient, plus gets the job done right the first time! The owner knows his stuff. He’s transparent about pricing, fair and up front. I know he won’t price gauge me or my family, who’ve also come here. They were very happy with pricing and how repairs were done. I have sent two few friends here and it seems there’s nothing the owner cannot do or fix, which is very impressive! It’s obvious he cares about his business and customers. “Had to go in to get my sons phone replaced, it wasn't able to power on or charge. I was greeted by Vanessa and helped within just a few minutes. She was a ROCKSTAR! She multitasked between multiple customers while also helping me so no one was just sitting there waiting for phones to update or others being verified over the phone. This store has an incredibly valuable asset with Vanessa and should be extremely grateful to have her! I am far from a people person and she made the whole experience wonderful from the start and kept the mood fun and light. Today I visited a T-Mobile store for the second time, and I came away even more convinced that I'd made the right decision. I was having trouble wiping the phone I'd traded for the 17 Pro: the demonic 16E. I needed expert assistance. Enter: Jassy. It's a good thing this friendly and super-competent young woman loves a challenge, because the demonic phone tried its best to thwart her. She refused to surrender, and didn't give up until mission accomplished. Jassy, if you're reading this, you are amazing! Thanks again.”
