Liv went well above and beyond to explain the process and assisted to successfully complete the returns. Unlike her manager Jennifer who sent me to another Fedx hub 7 miles away and explained she would never shop at Nordstroms. Poor leadership.”

“After dealing with Office depot to no avail, I ordered a 4 X 6 chair mat. They delivered it for free. After getting it into my RV, I realized it was too big. My fault, right? I asked if they would take it back and they agreed to do so and even had a truck pick it up. I will go out of my way to do business with them in the future”

It's giving lost in time, while hanging on to it's importance -as paperless, remote work, online shopping and AI are leading things in a different direction.. Office max/depot remains in question as to how to best use it's space In a changed world? Still a cool place.”
