“We knew we wanted a Casper Dream Max mattress, and RTB was the only place in town that had them in their show room so that we could try it out. Darren, the store manager, was there and he was amazing! He was a fount of knowledge about mattresses, foundations and pillows, and he asked great questions about our needs. Everything about the purchase and delivery was excellent. This is the second item I've purchased from RTB and both experiences have been stellar. I highly recommend!”

“I want to thank Emmi (I hope I spelt her name correctly) and Ethan. I am helping friends prepare for a memorial service. Emmy answered my questions on Friday afternoon, so we could begin working on three printing projects. Ethan then answered my questions Saturday morning. We appeared at 6:00 - closing time - to go through three printing projects - two which had some quirks. Emmi and Ethan walked us through the projects. Emmi directed product choice. Never once did Emmi appear upset by our late arrival. Both were so helpful, courteous - and customer centered. We were so appreciative!”
