The staff was super friendly at the Old Street store and managed to deliver the chair to my home address super quickly(even though I live in a remote area).Definitely want to mention Jefferson from the delivery team who was super nice and friendly, helped me setup the chair and everything! “We knew we wanted a Casper Dream Max mattress, and RTB was the only place in town that had them in their show room so that we could try it out. Darren, the store manager, was there and he was amazing! He was a fount of knowledge about mattresses, foundations and pillows, and he asked great questions about our needs. Everything about the purchase and delivery was excellent. This is the second item I've purchased from RTB and both experiences have been stellar. I highly recommend!”

“After dealing with Office depot to no avail, I ordered a 4 X 6 chair mat. They delivered it for free. After getting it into my RV, I realized it was too big. My fault, right? I asked if they would take it back and they agreed to do so and even had a truck pick it up. I will go out of my way to do business with them in the future”

“I want to thank Emmi (I hope I spelt her name correctly) and Ethan. I am helping friends prepare for a memorial service. Emmy answered my questions on Friday afternoon, so we could begin working on three printing projects. Ethan then answered my questions Saturday morning. We appeared at 6:00 - closing time - to go through three printing projects - two which had some quirks. Emmi and Ethan walked us through the projects. Emmi directed product choice. Never once did Emmi appear upset by our late arrival. Both were so helpful, courteous - and customer centered. We were so appreciative!”
