“Convenient location for me, comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, everything I need for bathing and conditioning my dog. Most importantly to me, and even more so for my dog, is the water has been plenty warm the three times we've been there so far - she's elderly and a bath is traumatizing when the water isn't warm enough. Also, no tax and extra charge for using a credit card. Cool water and extra fees are why I recently switched to Rosie's but found the atmosphere to be one of the extra bonuses. Thanks Rosie's. “We purchased a 12 week old Havanese puppy from Alex, in the Tucson store. She was incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand my needs and desires in a dog. She learned about our family, property, animals and health requirements. The entire process was wonderful. I drove from California and spent 4 hours with various puppies. Alex walked me through the entire process. Everything put me at ease and the puppy, "Coco Channel", is a perfect fit. Alex followed up multiple times and she was happy to help me with feeding, treats, toys, puppy questions. California has NO puppy stores and breeders aren't easy to visit. Many do not want you to come meet the puppies. This could not have worked out any better...other than opening a store near me;)”

Some products seemed highly priced while others at a bargain. They offer a variety of options for costs and experience and are quite knowledgeable. “I realized this is a specialty department store or store in general and they would like to offer the best quality products to their customers but the prices are outrageous and the customer service is poor at best. In addition as a follow-up to my previous statement and posting we purchased a high dollar harness for our puppy she's really not a puppy but it was quite expensive and it is coming part as it seems This is 3 weeks later I'm not very happy with the quality of products being sold by this store be careful buyer beware”
