“The store was so very busy when I arrived. The boss (idk his name) and another younger gentleman were so very kind and assisted me with everything I need to buy as well as educating me on exactly how to take care of the gorgeous babygirl I brought home. My temperature gauge was off and they were quickly willing to trade it out. So appreciative of the staff for a lovely experience!”

“Took my 2+standard poodles here for a do it yourself-pet wash. The facility was above and beyond any I have used as I travel in an RV and have frequent need of this service. The attention to detail and amenities provided were superb. The owner was also a groomer and was able to do ear cleaning and nail trimming for an extra charge as she was not grooming other pets. I will return whenever I am the area again. I cannot recommend this business enough!”
“This is my go-to pet (dog) food store on the East side. It has a huge variety of dog food, treats and specialty foods. Even frozen & refrigerated items. It has pet food & supplies for dogs, cats, horses & birds! Plus clothes-cute boots, shirts, purses and other fun stuff! The staff is very helpful and the store opens early at 8:00 am!”
“I've been buying my dog food here for 10+ yrs now. They stock highly rated quality dog food. I typically buy Open Farm or Fromm. They always have a loyalty option so after so many bags you get a free one. I will buy freeze dried treats when they are on sale. They have a great selection of dog treats. They also have crickets for my salamander.
A great place to get heavy duty buckets in various colors and other misc supplies.
The propane prices are good too.”
“Great setup with everything needed for a quick dog wash. Somehow my dog was much easier to manage here than at home—maybe the fancy spa atmosphere convinced him to act civilized for once. Being able to keep him contained instead of fighting a garden hose made the whole experience surprisingly easy. We’ll definitely be back.”

“Most excellent place to help animals holistically & extracts, supplements, etc are human worthy as well. The staff is very knowledgible, informative & will look up specific signs & symptoms of your furbaby & even print it out for you. I have a Boxer with second attack of Valley Fever, nearly died. With the help, assistance & support of the staff & a very special intragrative vet she lived & is off the low dose antifugal prescribed that's very toxic & had some liver & lung damage from first attack & high doses of med. She is all off vet med now & acting like a puppy! So looking forward to reconnecting with the holistic store for maintenance. They deserve a 10 star rating!”

“We had such amazing experience here! The pups loved every minute of it. Kona and Dusty had a sundae with the fixings. We also bought some treats, booties, toys and other cool stuff from this dog ice cream bar. Cones for Bones also gives back in so many ways! One of the owners also was super sweet and gave us a frozen pupcake for them to try at home, they loved it! Perfect for the summer. You can make orders to go as well. :) They have so many things here for your pup! We also got them some dog beer. The dogs loved their first trip to Tucson’s first Doggie Ice cream Bar! If you want to do something fun with your pup, you will both enjoy visiting this cute place. Thank you so much Cones for Bones!”

Got a few baby chicks a few weeks back for the first time and went back again today and they remembered us and asked about the baby chicks.
Customer service here is off the charts.
Younger guy at the checkout counter with blonde hair.

They have several finches, rats and a few other pets.
Dog food and other items I didn't get to see because I was so involved in the bird toy section!

“I went to find some glass shrimp and some type of corn catfish. I walked out with 5 shrimp, some plants, and 5 salt and pepper cat fish. The person who helped me asked about my tank size and the tank mates. Cashier at check out was nice and asked if I wanted to use my points.
