Safeway is a great grocery store and supermarket located at 650 Elm St in Page, AZ. It is a clean and organized store with great prices, especially on meat deals, and features fresh produce, delicious deli meats, and great baked goods. The store offers an assortment of meat and seafood at the butcher block, a full bakery, and a deli with party trays. Customers can use Grocery Delivery, DriveUp & Go™, and Order Ahead services. The store is within walking distance of some hotels. However, some customers report issues. The self-checkout can have problems, with staff sometimes taking a long time to help and not being very friendly. There can be long waits at checkout, with too few cashiers available. At the Starbucks, orders are sometimes made incorrectly. Despite these occasional problems, many find it a very nice market with friendly employees that cares about its customers, making it a great place to stop while staying in Page.
This is such a great small town grocery store in the heart of Page. All the employees are helpful, kind, and friendly every time I shop here. Not a ton an organic choices but enough to get by. Manager is always friendly and engaging when approached.

Always great prices on meat deals since they are on tribal land. But then you have a cart full, go to check out, and the only cashier is on break. Asked an associate, and nobody was allowed to work the cashier assisted checkout. Had to use self check and not enough room in the bagging area.
