    “This Safeway is overall better than expected for a town the size of Page. They have great produce and meat departments, a good pharmacy, a pretty good bakery and a liquor aisle, with a generous selection of beers, wine and spirits. It's good to be in a state that's not so alcohol averse, like Utah. Prices are low compared to Alaska, that's for sure. The store even has a basic Starbucks, but Page really needs its own separate Starbucks. The store could make better use of personnel for checkout, but there's usually not too much of a wait. The special pricing doesn't always register at the checkouts, so pay attention. But, they have all the same online options from the Safeway App as anywhere else, including online ordering for grocery pickup, which we've had a good experience with.”

    Walmart wants your groceries at the door before the ice cream softens. On May 29, the retailer said its 30-minute-or-less delivery had reached 33 U.S. markets, adding a wave of new cities across the Northeast. Shoppers in those areas can order from more than 100,000 items, everything from fresh produce and baby formula to pet food, electronics, cold medicine, and prescriptions. Behind the scenes, the service leans on Walmart's store network and an algorithm that factors in order size, available drivers, and distance from the store.
