“I wish we had gone here right off the bat. We went to several department stores before coming here and It was very frustrating. We couldn't find anything what my son was looking for. Pomeroys seemed to take the stress away. It had everything my son needed. The sales man was very informative on what clothing that would best suit him to where he was going.They also tailored his pants to fit him to a tee. My son also said they had the most comfortable dress shirts he has ever owned. I highly recommend!!! Great service!”

“I was referred to the Scottsdale Oakley store to get my script added to my favorite sunglasses. The time they took and the due diligence they did far EXCEEDED my expectations. I didn’t think it would be possible to get my script added but after a few days of researching they called me and told me it was possible. When I got that news I was super happy as my eyes are very light and I need darker lenses in AZ. I picked up my glasses today and I so happy. This is the best decision I made. “While vacationing in Arizona in March, we happened to stop at the Mercantile store. I found Uptown Hippie products/clothing. I saw an item I wanted but they didn’t have the size I was looking for. An employee at Mercantile gave me Uptown Hippies owner’s cell so that I could call him. Joe was awesome. He put the items on hold for me… two sizes so that I could see both.As many reviews have already stated, this store has a wonderful vibe. The clothing apparel is good quality, great colours and many inspirational sayings and images.Joe is so friendly and helpful. It is obvious that this is so much more than just a job for him but rather a way of life.The sweatshirt and T-shirt that were purchased for my daughter and husband are definitely favourites!Thanks again Joe!”

The store's employee who helped me was determined to locate my order and at the same time also help her coworkers and answer their questions (she did mention that they were short staffed) Eventually she found my package. “My teenagers and I were walking around in old town Scottsdale. This was the only place open after 5 and I was pleased to find this place. My kids looked around looked at all the tee-shirts and this place should be sneaker city central. I saw the coolest sneakers (cool for a 52 year old man) but my daughter who is a sneaker head and she discovers cool a year before most people notice it (she's a cool hunter). If you are looking for a unique look and want to stand out this is your place. You can put together a look that says I don't follow trends I make them. I asked my 18 year old daughter what does this place say to you after we walked out. She said they are sending the right message but need to reach out to schools over the Phoenix that we are the "IT" place to shop and get the look they want.Good Luck out there.J.V.N”

I wish their system tracked coupons they sent to you in case you forget yours at home.Parking is plentiful. However, getting in and out of this shopping area from Camelback can be daunting.”
