“CJ was absolutely amazing and helpful. We got here right around noon and were on our way after measuring and asking a ton of questions to help prepare our son for his mission. The selection is full for nearly every imaginable mission and I can affirm that CJ knows his stuff. He gave us information not only of this store but also surrounding businesses in the area. If i could have given extra stars on this one I would have. We were also able to split payments 4 different ways.”

After my last horrid experience trying to return an Amazon purchase through a terrible UPS Store I had it.
Stopped in this old Navy needing some new pants. The store was beautiful. Plenty of parking. It had a huge selection of stuff and we almost landed up spending much more than we went for because of all the Cute stuff they had that my wife loved.
Unlike other department stores I have been to in the past few years .. everything was folded nicely. No piles just sitting around. it was easy to navigate. The products all looked great and the store was very well kept.
Best part .. they had EXACTLY what I was looking for. I got to touch it, feel the fabric, see the color and TRY IT ON!
They had what looked like 4 fitting rooms .. don't quote me .. and they were also clean and had multiple mirrors in them.
Once I found the perfect fit it was easy enough to just go to the well organized shelves and pull out the same pants in 3 other colors.
Except for travel .. buying experience was actually faster than perusing online.
Price I would call about average. I didn't think it was over priced but its not going to be $20 throw away cloths either.
Really nice pants Fairly Priced. Wonderful well maintained store. No returns and pleasant shopping experience. I WILL be going back. They had a lot of other items I didn't know I wanted.”

“I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Tillys, and I just had to take a moment to recognize one of their employees, Isaiah. He truly went above and beyond while helping me and my daughter.
From the moment we walked in, Isaiah greeted us with a genuine smile and such positive energy. His customer service was outstanding—there wasn’t a single thing we asked for that he didn’t gladly assist with. When I thanked him, he humbly said he was “just doing his job,” but I made sure to let him know he was doing so much more than that.
Isaiah made our entire shopping experience enjoyable and memorable. Employees like him are rare, and he is absolutely a wonderful addition to the Tillys team. We need more people like him!

“This store is very very helpful from my 1sy time visit and to my second time . Angela thought I was walking out with boots but she didnt know when I bought them. I was trying to stretch them out walking around the store I went to put away my other shoes in the car. She offered to spray my boots to even give me socks on the house and tips about this gell to help relieve pain from my new boots. She even helped with my boyfriend outfit for the weekend to match me I really had a great time even when she thought I was running away with my boots she cut my tag off for me. Definitely will come back here. Very kind people to the older lady to the lady with pretty nails and the guy that also help about how boots should be worn and feel. The accommodation was phenomenal 👏”
