“We live out of town and came in last weekend for a suit for prom for this weekend. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted and quickly fitted. The whole process was smooth and very fast. I was assured that the suit could be altered and will be shipped and should arrive to us by Friday, which is a rush from their typical 10 days. I was worried that it wouldn’t get here on time, but the suit arrived exactly when they said it would just in time for prom. I am so grateful for them understanding our situation and needing the suit so quickly. We will definitely be back for the next suit!”
“We were promptly met by a store associate who was very kind and helpful. They did not hover around us like some places in a mall trying to pressure you into buying things. At first we did not purchase anything but went back a few minutes later after changing our minds. We were greeted once more and received helpful assistance with our purchase. We will return.”

“I really like the selection at this location. They are a typical retail sales environment so it makes sense that some people would consider it pushy, as they do ask if you want their credit card & they’ll also try to get add-on sales to the purchase. For me, I went in with a purpose & I have no issue saying yes or no to what I do & don’t want. Lol.
I had two girls help me named Noe & Payton. Both extremely friendly & helpful. I told them exactly what I was looking for (a pair of jeans for a concert) & I ended up leaving with 2 pairs because the fit was literally perfect - & a new shirt. They both gave their input on sizing, etc so I really appreciated the honesty! I absolutely love Buckle jeans, too. I’ve got a couple pairs that have lasted forever & the jeans they picked out for me were the perfect size on the first try & so comfortable. They are expensive, but I have no issue spending on jeans especially if they’re gonna last as long as my other pairs have!
I wanted to look around more after I tried stuff on, & Payton came up & just talked to me a little while asking if I was all good. I felt like they really were just being friendly & I don’t mind talking to the staff knowing they’re just doing their job. Overall it’s a very pleasant store & I liked the atmosphere. ☺️”

“After my Horrible ordeal returning something to Amazon using my local UPS store we decided to try Kohls. I have never been to a kohls and like most, haven't been in a department store for a while.
The Amazon return was pleasant, polite and super fast.
While my wife was handling the return I just wandered about and landed on a hat I knew my wife would love. When she returned with our receipt for dropping off the Amazon return it had a 15% off coupon so we used it right away and bought the hat.
Wandered around the store and it was clean and really well stocked. It was nice to once again actually be able to see and touch stuff before buying.
I am kind of on a new mission to buy less online and its wonderful to find this great little department store. I forgot how much fun shopping in person is and its perfect when things are clean and orderly as they were here.
Good Work Kohls .. not only was the Amazon return a quick and painless transaction but we got a new hat and found a new place to check out before I hit the BUY NOW on some website and find the stuff that arrives isn't as nice as the picture.
So we left $25 lighter but happy for a new cool find.”
“The two women working this day were very attentive and helpful. They helped me find my first pair of boots last Saturday. Unfortunately, after one day, they chipped at the toe area of the sole. I was able to go back, and they helped me way beyond what I was expecting. They were patient and made sure the issue was resolved. I just want to say thank you. Because of the chance you took on me, I now have a passion for all things fashion. Before working there I looked like a dork with my strange clothes choices lol.
I now love clothes so much. I care about how they look, the material, the matching of outfits, the looking for the brand, and the zipping zippers and tying ties. I live to check for stains and do some bargain hunting. I now hunt for deals and know what something is worth. Now that I'm older and have a family, my hobbies have become highlighted as "me time". My "me time" consists of just being surrounded by clothes. Organizing them, trying them on, and being gentle with them. Thank you for giving me a job when you did. Thank you for changing the game for me. Thank you for making me a more fashionable person. I hope you and the store are doing well :)
