“I called this company in an absolute state of hysteria. We are camping out in Payson and trying to leave when our pop up trailer wouldn’t come down. The gentleman who answered the phone was so calming and kind. He had a couple appointments before me but instead referred me to another gentleman. That kind of compassion, honor, and kindness absolutely deserves 5 stars. Especially with the patience in me calling back several times during my panic attack. It’s scary, camping “alone” in the woods and when something happens it’s utterly helpless feeling.”

“I was camping in Payson on a Saturday when my check engine light turned on in my Jeep. I drove it into Chapman Jeep and Paul in service offered to pull the code. Turns out it was in need of a software update and even though they were short staffed on a weekend day with reduced hours they worked me in, got the system updated and even confirmed that the update was under warranty. I was back on the road confident that I was safe on the long drive home. I highly recommend Chapman Jeep in Payson!”

“I’ve never had the type of “customer service “ (because this was beyond that )where you feel like you either have been family or lifelong friends, Until last night. Christopher and Michael were hands down a blessing to me last night. Not only did Christopher wait a whole extra day for me to show up, him and his team member Michael not only showed up and showed out they literally closed it out and stayed till after closing, providing assistance, knowledge, understanding, and good ol fashioned human kindness. Not exactly sure what they’re positions And titles are, but I think these two gentlemen deserve a lot of credit and recognition for just how far they really do go for their customers. I would literally rather drive the two hours to this AutoZone in Payson then to hit any local shop here.Michael and Christopher, I know I told you guys plenty of times last night, but I couldn’t have done it without you guys and I’d greatly greatly appreciate you. “Sometimes living in a small town allows vendors to provide less than optimal outcomes for the services they provide. That is not the case with Liz and Bob. They take pride in the work they do and provide it in an honest, open and friendly manner. Our car was technically totaled and we were pressured by the insurance company to settle with them and buy another car. We love our car and asked Bob his opinion on whether it was “fixable” to the degree that we could safely drive it. He assured us it was and we put our trust in him. So glad we did!! We have our beautiful car back and it looks like it was never damaged!! We could not be happier and highly recommend Bob and Liz.”

“Mike's custom auto body worked on my two vehicles this year. Several months ago, they worked on my tacoma trd pro. The front bumper and the trim around it had to be replaced and painted. Paint job was fantastic; matched the factory cavalry blue. Yesterday, we picked up my wife's forester. Two side doors were replaced and painted. Did a wonderful job with the pearl white paint. Thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Mike and Jesse. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing body and paint work.”
