AutoZone in Payson, AZ is a retailer of new and remanufactured auto parts, maintenance items and car accessories. The location is clean and organized and the associates was helpful, friendly and courteous. Was promptly assisted; the clerk knew exactly what the proper part was and was in and out in 10 minutes. Battery issue was tested, charged out fast and took good care of the family. The manager stepped in even not on a normal work shift and helped with a warranty mistake. The salesman was quick, professional and very appreciative of the service. The store welcomed a Hispanic family who didn’t speak much English; kindness. Overall the AutoZone is great service and a leading retailer.

The attachment piece for my wiper had come apart. I thought I would need a new wiper. But then Christopher dug in a box of parts and found a piece that would fit. He reinstalled the wiper, required no payment, and I was on my way. Thank you!

Battery was giving me issues and I went to O'Reilly's and they said it was fine. I kept getting notifications saying my battery is bad went to AutoZone they tested it said no it's bad showed me exactly why gave me a phenomenal price on a battery and even put it in for me. Caiden is amazing!! Give that man a raise!
