“Had a serious electrical problem develop in our RV early on a Friday morning at a local rv park. I contacted OTRA RV repair as soon as they opened and despite already having a very busy schedule they worked me in that same morning for an onsite service visit. They had me up and running with cold air-conditioning by 10:30am on a day when temperatures reached the upper 90s. My wife and I were grateful for the prompt and professional service at a reasonable price. We highly recommend OTRA RV Repair. Thanks guys!”

“I couldn’t have broken down by a better place than this! The team at Miller are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and thorough. I was only just passing through the area, but I really appreciated the hospitality (especially them getting the busted car onto a u-haul dolly for my Dad and I). I’ll have to visit Payson again if not for the scenery, then for the outstanding community!”

“Professional, Affordable, and incredibly perfect repairs. There is no other shop I will ever use for my Toyota Solara. I love my car and red is such a hard color to match. Every step and all alternative methods for repairing the damage to my vehicle were discussed and explained to me, and the cost for each was quoted.with no surprises when the car was ready to pick up...except for one very big one, that is: The finished work was so perfect that it truly was as though the damage never happened. When the repair is so outstanding that you can't even find where the damage was done, there is just no improving on perfect. If you love your car, it deserves to be repaired by Anderson Collision, the best in the business.”

“Came here after getting a flat out off-roading. Changed my tire and put on a spare and drove straight here with the spare on. I walked right in and they immediately started working to patch my flat tire. They were able to repair it for me for a small charge without me having to buy a whole new tire. I really appreciate their honesty and willingness to help me today. Thank you Brian and team for taking care of me and for the great customer service! Will return in the future for any of my car's tires or other repair needs and I highly recommend! Thanks again, it's appreciated.”

“They couldn't fix my car but they were able to tell me what's wrong. The only reason they couldn't fix it was because the part they needed they couldn't get an eta for it... it was looking like a lot of weeks. They were so friendly and helpful.”

“Purchased a used vehicle through John German. He was very knowledgeable about both the used car industry and the vehicle we purchased. We felt no pressure to buy, and he was very accommodating as we moved from vehicle to vehicle. The only down side was the closing process which was typical dealer - time consuming. Not as length, with the pressure we would have experienced from a Phoenix area dealership, but still, plan on a few hours from entering the dealership to completion of sale.We are glad to have found a vehicle that will work for us in Payson so we could support a local business.”

“Sometimes living in a small town allows vendors to provide less than optimal outcomes for the services they provide. That is not the case with Liz and Bob. They take pride in the work they do and provide it in an honest, open and friendly manner. Our car was technically totaled and we were pressured by the insurance company to settle with them and buy another car. We love our car and asked Bob his opinion on whether it was “fixable” to the degree that we could safely drive it. He assured us it was and we put our trust in him. So glad we did!! We have our beautiful car back and it looks like it was never damaged!! We could not be happier and highly recommend Bob and Liz.”

“Mike's custom auto body worked on my two vehicles this year. Several months ago, they worked on my tacoma trd pro. The front bumper and the trim around it had to be replaced and painted. Paint job was fantastic; matched the factory cavalry blue. Yesterday, we picked up my wife's forester. Two side doors were replaced and painted. Did a wonderful job with the pearl white paint. Thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Mike and Jesse. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing body and paint work.”

“Huge help! Did way more than I could have expected and helped me get back on the road. I didn’t make it easy being on the side of the 87 but would have been there way longer if I hadn’t had the help. Highly recommend!”

“Bobby my service writer, confirmed all the information I input online. He understood the urgency of the emissions being addressed. Unfortunately we were scheduled to drive over a thousand starting in just 2 days. They ran the diagnostics and found high soot levels. Commanded it to run the regeneration cycle which cleared all the codes. Bobby called me by 3:30. I picked it up the same day.”
