“I called this company in an absolute state of hysteria. We are camping out in Payson and trying to leave when our pop up trailer wouldn’t come down. The gentleman who answered the phone was so calming and kind. He had a couple appointments before me but instead referred me to another gentleman. That kind of compassion, honor, and kindness absolutely deserves 5 stars. Especially with the patience in me calling back several times during my panic attack. It’s scary, camping “alone” in the woods and when something happens it’s utterly helpless feeling.”

Every step and all alternative methods for repairing the damage to my vehicle were discussed and explained to me, and the cost for each was quoted.with no surprises when the car was ready to pick up...except for one very big one, that is: The finished work was so perfect that it truly was as though the damage never happened. When the repair is so outstanding that you can't even find where the damage was done, there is just no improving on perfect. “Purchased a used vehicle through John German. He was very knowledgeable about both the used car industry and the vehicle we purchased. We felt no pressure to buy, and he was very accommodating as we moved from vehicle to vehicle. The only down side was the closing process which was typical dealer - time consuming. Not as length, with the pressure we would have experienced from a Phoenix area dealership, but still, plan on a few hours from entering the dealership to completion of sale.We are glad to have found a vehicle that will work for us in Payson so we could support a local business.”

“Mike's custom auto body worked on my two vehicles this year. Several months ago, they worked on my tacoma trd pro. The front bumper and the trim around it had to be replaced and painted. Paint job was fantastic; matched the factory cavalry blue. Yesterday, we picked up my wife's forester. Two side doors were replaced and painted. Did a wonderful job with the pearl white paint. Thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Mike and Jesse. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing body and paint work.”

“Sometimes living in a small town allows vendors to provide less than optimal outcomes for the services they provide. That is not the case with Liz and Bob. They take pride in the work they do and provide it in an honest, open and friendly manner. Our car was technically totaled and we were pressured by the insurance company to settle with them and buy another car. We love our car and asked Bob his opinion on whether it was “fixable” to the degree that we could safely drive it. He assured us it was and we put our trust in him. So glad we did!!
