AutoZone in Payson, AZ is a retailer of new and remanufactured auto parts, maintenance items and car accessories. The location is clean and organized and the associates was helpful, friendly and courteous. Was promptly assisted; the clerk knew exactly what the proper part was and was in and out in 10 minutes. Battery issue was tested, charged out fast and took good care of the family. The manager stepped in even not on a normal work shift and helped with a warranty mistake. The salesman was quick, professional and very appreciative of the service. The store welcomed a Hispanic family who didn’t speak much English; kindness. Overall the AutoZone is great service and a leading retailer.

The staff here is just so helpful. Tested my AutoZone battery to confirm it was good. We discovered that the positive terminal was slightly loose. Reason why car would not start. They added a small lead piece so that it would tighten properly and have a good connection. Thanks again!

Fantastic staff! Jenn was so friendly and helpful, helped us find the parts we needed and even called the mechanic for us! She is awesome and had us in and out quickly!
