I have been a customer of NBAZ for several years now. I have been unable to walk the distance to your bank in Payson for a couple of months now. I have a mobility scooter to help me run my errands. Your bank does not any access for a handicapped person to enter your bank. When I went there today I was totally ignored. Both your tellers could see that I was outside neither one offered to help. When I asked why there isn't handicap access to this facility I was given a long drawn out excuse that I could sit at the end of the counter. I replied, no how is a handicapped person suppose to gain access to this bank. No response. This is unacceptable. The service by some of your tellers leaves a little to be desired anymore.

We came in to close out my mother in laws account and get the monies moved into a trust. Wow, Teresa C was absolutely FANTASTIC. She made everything so easy and her communication was perfect. My wife was literally dreading doing this and she walked out with a big smile Inside the branch was super nice and comfortable. Too bad we don't live here. That experience was great.

Í have been banking here for almost 20 years! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I'm very satisfied with their service and professionalism! The bank is clean and organized and it has a nice small town atmosphere. There are many options available to meet all your banking needs whether you are young or older. They do a great job! I have banked with National Bank of Arizona for 10 years and love them. Todays expierence not so much. It took 20 minutes in the drive thru for a simple deposit. She did not add one of the checks, had to send it back no appoligies. Customer service is going down hill

Every friday i have to cash my check at this bank and i spend 10 to 15 minutes of my lunch waiting either inside or the drive thru. Terrible service.

Thirty percent of staff preoccupied and doesn't have time for you, three times I've been turned away due to computers were down. I've tried to be upbeat and patient, on line services are the worst, keep locking you out, NOW it's time to move on...

The teller had me waiting for 15 minutes before she told me they could not help me. Allthough I clearly mentioned my request upon entering. Sucks big time!

They handle all my business needs and do a fantastic job! They are always polite and professional and greet me when I walk in the door no matter how short staffed they are. I love banking here!
