Brett was awesome!! Answered all my questions to my satisfaction and helped me out with everything I needed. He was much more pleasant, than the last folks that i was with (T-Mobile). I don't know how much he makes, but as far as I'm concerned he should get a raise. Best young person that I've dealt with in a long while.

Jenny was the best... She listened, she interacted with us with good humor, she is very knowledgeable. Best representative ever to have to work with .... Much better than calling Verizon. She is a keeper!
