“I took my Mustang in because the clutch pedal was not returning all the way and shifter was not shifting smoothly. I assumed we would have to replace the clutch which would be costly. It turned out it was a clamp on the hydraulic line leading into the clutch master cylinder. That was not expected for sure. Turns out that the engine builder left it in there when they rebuilt the motor.”

“We had an issue with a new vehicle and tried to go to the North Scottsdale location on Scottsdale road and explained what was happening to the valet. They said we would have to make an appointment. I tried to explain it’s something that is disconnected and simply needs to be reattached. They asked the service advisor and came back and said they couldn’t help us. So much for service from a brand you would expect a better experience from so we decided to take the vehicle to the Arrowhead Mercedes location and Wow…. what a difference. Sure they are busy as well but took the time to listen to what the issue was and brought it back in to take a look and see how they could best help us. Thank you Arrowhead Mercedes!

“When my air bag light came on, I brought it in. They were able to clear the code but since they weren’t 100% sure it was the clock spring. They did not preform any work. The positive- they charged me $0 for the diagnostic work. The light came on again and they were able to confirm it was the clock spring. However come to find out Kia does not make this part. So I was out of luck in getting it fixed. Again they did not charge me anything. Great place and will bring all my other cars here for service.”

If you're looking for a trustworthy place to take your family car—especially if it's a cherished heirloom—look no further. Bruce is amazing at what he does! I own a 1970 Chevy that I lovingly refer to as my "land yacht." Recently, I experienced several issues with my 4-barrel Rochester carburetor, which needed a rebuild. I wanted to keep it original and ensure it was rebuilt correctly.

I found Bruce, and I was pleased to learn that he works with customers out of state. We arranged a time for me to ship my carburetor and distributor out for servicing. Bruce even gave me some tips on what to do before pulling the distributor. I appreciate that so much as not many people take the time to do that anymore, from what I've experienced.

Not only did Bruce take on the task, but he also has a specialized vice for these carburetors to get them back into proper tolerance. He cleaned the carburetor better than I could have ever imagined and even dyed the casting to match the original color. Throughout the process, he kept me well informed and even sent detailed pictures for updates.

I will be using Bruce again and already have a new project in the works! His pricing was extremely fair, and he handled my carburetor with great care, turning it around quickly. He even recommended upgrading my distributor to a Pertronix ignition. The car runs like a top now and is so much fun to drive again!

“Christina and the crew at Ken's Auto repair saved me THOUSANDS! Larry Miller Toyota told me they needed to remove my dashboard to replace blend doors to fix my AC problem. They quoted me $4800. I was devastated!!! A friend told me about Ken's Auto repair, I asked them for a second opinion. They fixed the problem that afternoon and it didn't require removing my dashboard or paying thousands. My only regret was not coming sooner. I spent this pass summer with crappy AC because I didn't want my dashboard removed and to become broke.”

“This was my first time using Scott’s German Auto Repair since I’ve always gone through the dealership. Both of my headlights had gone out on my Atlas, and it was a very expensive repair—upwards of a few thousand dollars. When I brought my car in, they let me know one of the headlights was on backorder and could take a couple of months, so I had just one replaced at first.

After that repair, a sensor went out due to the bumper having to be removed for the headlight replacement, but they assured me it would be repaired at no cost to me—and they kept their word. To my surprise, the second headlight arrived in less than a week, much sooner than expected. Even though I had to pay for the second repair sooner than planned (and essentially twice the labor), they went above and beyond by taking a couple hundred dollars off my bill to make up for the inconvenience.

I’m a very loyal customer when businesses do right by me and provide great customer service and quality work—and they absolutely did. I’ve owned my Atlas for seven years, always serviced at the dealership, and in all that time no one ever remembered my name. But here, after just one visit, they did. That says a lot.

“1998 Honda Civic EX Coupe (manual)

Highly recommend this father/son shop, the crew's teamwork to bust out a custom cat-back exhaust was impressive. eBay exhaust died, so brought in Flowmaster resonator and muffler. They bent 2.5" aluminized steel piping to make a one piece exhaust after the catalytic converter. This is a lowered car, so they also tucked in/up the larger diameter resonator which was the lowest part of the new exhaust. Excellent work, caught some janky stuff upon inspection, addressed all minor issues, exhaust is 100% bulletproof, and sounds great!”
