They were able to access the door latch assembly without destroying the inside door panel (pure magic), removed and replaced the latch assembly in record time, and were extremely reasonable in their price. Took my 2011 Outback to be serviced at Subaru since it started sounding like a go kart and Subaru quoted $4800 to replace the cracked exhaust pipe.
Brought the car here and they were able to look at it, find the issue, fix it within a couple hours, for $350!!!!
They are very transparent about what they can fix, how much it will cost, and stay true to their word! Very grateful for the service.

“Came in with ac issues after a long trip. After getting a quote that was more then expected, they offered financing and once the part came in since it was a special order, most parts only take a day max i was told, but since mine was special order it took longer to get. Once the part came in anf they looked at the car they replaced the part and belt in under an hour. Place is great bjt hard to find as its in the back of a transmition building and thry dont have a huge sign on the fence.”

“I recently brought my 2011 Lexus IS250 to Tempe Collision Center for an insurance repair estimate. After my sister was unfortunately sideswiped on her way to work, I did some extensive research to find the best shop in the area, and all signs pointed here.
From the moment I arrived, I was taken care of by Kyle. He walked me through the entire process from start to finish, providing consistent phone updates so I was never left in the dark. Ultimately, the insurance company deemed the vehicle a total loss, but I am incredibly grateful to the TCC team for spotting deep structural damage that I never would have seen on my own.
They were incredibly gracious throughout the aftermath, allowing me to come empty out my car and ensuring everything was seamlessly communicated to my insurance provider.
