“Martin and his crew were fantastic. This was our first time ever having our floors done. Martin is very nice and very informative. Martin brought many samples in the color we were wanting, we did not feel rushed or pressured on anything and he kept us in the loop with the demolition and install. Martin checked in periodically on the progress and to see how we are liking the floor. Thankful they let us know we had a crack in the floor and it was fixed! We are very happy with our new floor and it brightens up the house so much. We opted out of the install for baseboards only because my husband wants to do them. Kudos to Luke, Josh and the team. Will definitely use Floortime for our next area of the house. We went from brown and red flooring to dark grey. Highly recommend! Very happy with the results.”

“I called this company knowing that I may not have a successful outcome due to hunting for discontinued flooring from 2022. I happened to get the sales associate Brian. Brian went above and beyond customer service. Customer service that you are not provided anywhere nowadays. Brian took the time to get every bit of information he could. He did not give up after the first day, he continued on and dealt with me for 3 more days and due to his constant effort he gave me a Christmas miracle!!! Called with an exciting phone call that he found my flooring and I was able to purchase so I can repair the flooring at my home that was damaged. I called six stores before Brian and friendly individuals but the customer service did not even come close to what Brian provided. I will be referring anyone I know that needs flooring to Brian because I know he will not let anything stump him or will he give up because the computer did not give him the exact information he needed when he looked. “Cost Plus 20 did all the flooring in our house and we were super happy with them! We worked primarily with Beth at the Surprise location, and she was super patient and helped us pick flooring that would work with our style preferences, paint, furniture, and even considered the way it’d show at different times of the day in different lighting. We got both LVP and carpet, both of which still look beautiful. Pricing was totally fair and they worked within our budget. I would totally work with cost plus 20 again!”
