“Cute boutique with lots of cute items inside. Finally found a stadium approved pouch!!! The owner is very nice and shared some of the background information on things offered in the store. There's plenty of parking but you guys look for the location. We found it walking pass. Perhaps GPS ON YOUR PHONE might take you to its front door. Yes, I'll ship here again if I need any last min gifts or items that are usually hard to find elsewhere. The only drawback for me is that the receipt doesn't list its location but only list shopping online. Bravo to this store and it's Owner.”

“Loved this place. Clothes are $5 and up, at least 50% if not more, on all their items. Some of the stuff has an odor to it, but it comes out as soon as you wash them.”

“February 9, 2025..Stopped at the Goodyear, AZ store today. I had spotted an outfit at the Tangers Carter's but not the size I needed. I walked into the Goodyear store and a young lady greeted me and tried to find my outfit based on my poor description. She went onto ask which part of the store I saw it in, phoned the Tangers store, walked up to a wall hanger, reached in and there it was!! But then she brought me the same outfit, new color from a different part of the store, it was buy 1, get 2 items free..I took it all. I never got her name but she was the manager. Carters, keep this young lady!! She is everything you want in an employee and a great human.”

“Fitting rooms were open. Jeans ? were like $ 60 and the cashier failed to make the discount already marked on the label. Discounts were not automatic. More things to choose from than other stores.”
“We really enjoyed shopping at this Carter Outlet today with our Grandson. We found some really good deals on clothes. The store has a large selection of clothing for kids of all ages. The clothing displays are neatly organized. In addition to clothing, they have shoes for kids and a few toys. The staff were super friendly and helpful”

“We always shop this location. They have a decent selection of petite size clothing. You can literally find anything here for everyone in your family, friends, every occasion. This is the tour of place you go for gifts, school shopping, casual shopping, if you need something in a pinch.
I just ordered a pair of dress shoes for my son, and I was so happy because they sold them in half sizes and they had the color I needed and the price was better than anywhere else AND they were in stock!

By the time I got to my car I realized I was missing my wallet, went back in to five below,checked with them and no luck. Rushed back in to old navy and there was zaraiah(not sure if that's how you spell her name) but she was standing there with wallet in hand! Saying "I was looking all around the store for you" . “This place is amazing I went in to buy stuff for a friend's baby shower and found so much more then I thought I would. The girl at the register was really busy with other customers but still made then effort to make small talk with each if then as she was checking them out. Unfortunately I didn't get her name because she was busy but I do remember she had purplish hair. Will most definitely be back”
“Everything is fine, but it opens very late, Kols' opens at 9 and in the end I always end up filling up at Kols for the most convenient time, those in charge of the schedules be careful there.”

“Big shoutout to Whitney and Vanessa. Whitney was indeed helpful as soon as we walked in (Vanessa was helpful as we were checking out). She asked how we were and asked for our names like she was getting to know us (usually, I ask for names or ask how the employees are first, so this was a first for me). That interaction itself makes a huge difference in the world of customer service, and we truly hope to see her and Vanessa there again. Her corporate and direct supervisors need to really recognize her and Vanessa for their absolute kindness, willingness to help and provide, and overall outstanding character. These days, too many people aren't happy where they work, and it shows. But when you put in your 100% into your duties all while smiling and maintaining a positive mentality, people gravitate toward that and keep coming back. These ladies give such impressions. People often don't realize that it's not the store manager or corporation that makes the business. It's the people that work there that make the business.
