Comfort Suites Peoria Sports Complex receives mixed reviews. Many praise the wonderful staff, who are accommodating and provide great service. The rooms are super clean, cozy, and a nice size, with a great breakfast served. The location is also considered great. However, some find the hotel run down and overpriced, noting issues like a lacking workout room with broken equipment, loose outlets, and no A/C in hallways. Customer service experiences vary, with some staff members highly commended while others are criticized for poor service.
This hotel is a bit run down but the staff was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast offered a lot of options. The bed was comfortable and she shower had good pressure. Pool area was clean.

Love this place! Very clean, friendly staff. Thanks, for the clean room comfy bed. And the handicap accessible room. It is a plus. My husband is in a wheelchair.

Levi was an absolute pleasure very nice to me and my kids. Joey at the front desk was also a pleasure I was very happy to be a guest at his hotel.
