Hotel Phoenix Glendale/Peoria offers spacious rooms with kitchenettes and a large bedroom. Guests report that the staff are friendly, kind and consistently helpful, even mailing forgotten items. Service is often described as amazing and above and beyond great service, with a staff member working all afternoon to get a jacuzzi that was not heating back up and heated. The location is great and breakfast is ok. However, there is no door between the bedroom and washroom, so the first one up blinds the other in bed. WiFi is slow and not possible to download a video for your flight. Housekeeping is not offered.
I stayed here with my Mother for 3 nights after she had outpatient surgery. Everything was so conveniently nearby. The front desk staff was extremely helpful to our situation and it made our stay so nice. Thank you!!!

Our room was a nice suite but would have been perfect if there was a dividing wall between the living and bedroom area.

Amazing place to stay! I got a suite and it's SUPER clean and very roomy. It has a small kitchen and many more other features. It's definitely worth the money. Highly recommend!!!
