At first, after reading some reviews, I was thinking of getting my drug test done somewhere else because people said the wait time here is really long. Then I thought, let me go and see—if it really takes 2–3 hours, I’ll just leave and get it done somewhere else. But when I went, it only took me around 15 minutes. There were already 4–5 people ahead of me waiting for their test, but the staff called all of us inside together and quickly completed the tests. My experience was very good. I was done in 15 minutes and back outside. For me, this facility definitely deserves 5 stars.

Friendly team! The employees went above and beyond. Even when it felt like a timely resolution might not be possible, they stayed committed and helped make it happen. A special thank you to Nickey for the follow up, your help truly made a difference, and it didn't go unnoticed! Highly recommend for their professionalism and dedication to their customers.

Very organized ~ came in gave my info, 5 minutes later I received a text message to complete paperwork. 5 minutes later I was called back for testing. The girls at the front desk are busy the moment they start their day. They held it together kept a friendly demeanor the entire time. Every lab tech should thank them the machine that powers the process, the first contact, and the eyes/ears of the establishment.

Concentra staff was friendly and professional. I felt welcomed and well cared for. On both occasions service was provided promptly even with a full lobby. Facility was extremely clean. I had a great experience on both visits.

The front desk people are very polite but the actual doctor that does many of the tests was very rude and short with me.

Probably THE WORST place to go. Gave me an estimated time to be seen was 4 hours. I had to wait around because I broke my foot, had no option. Dr first told me it could be a possible fracture, then told me no fracture at all --they didn't see one with the 4 X-rays they took, and then last minute before walking out the door they told me I had a fracture and put me in a boot. I asked them for a note for work they REFUSED even me not being able to bear any weight and had crutches. I then had to call and the front desk to ask them if they could have the doctor email me a note stating approximately how long I'm going to be out so that way I don't lose my job. They told me I had to make ANOTHER appointment with the physician 4 days later that's wouldn't do anything for me other than look at my foot and tell me it's turned purple... this place is an UTTER JOKE AND YOUR FRONT DESK CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Having employees literally yell at a patient for asking for a note when I was trying to explain my situation and why I need the note even when the doctor told me not to come back unless I needed too. It takes literally less than 5 minutes to notify the dr and have them write a little a little slip stating I'm gonna be out of work for a few weeks, but because of the ignorance and demeaning behavior...KUDOS TO YALL.
DO BETTER. EMBARRASSING BEHAVIOR.

The most important thing I can say is that the staff were all very friendly and helpful. They all made sure I was taken care of and treated well. The only negative thing I can say is they are very understaffed. I was put into an exam room and sat there for over two hours waiting to see the doctor. It wasn’t the doctors fault. They all were doing their best and keeping amazing attitudes through it all. I would gladly go back again.
