CVS pharmacies have poor communication, subpar service, and incompetent pharmacists. This location refused to refill an order they just filled the day before because it was transferred to another CVS and then transferred back to them. They insisted I return tomorrow to get it filled. It's frustrating, and they need to prioritize helping customers instead of acting with such arrogance.

Not sure about in person service but dont try to call for anything. Phone rang for 2 minutes before I hung up. Made three attempts at different times of the day. BRUTAL! Put a policy in place to answer the phone no later than 4 rings!!! This is the 3rd CVS with this experience. Seems to be a culture.ended up going to Walgreens because they picked up the phone and answered my question.

Very good selection of products and the staff is always super sweet!! I find great deals online, then pick them up in 2-3 minutes!!! I LOVE how quick they are with the pick up orders.

I go here several times a week. It’s a great store. I’m always amazed how they can get my prescriptions back and forth from NY and visa versa so well. They always have good stock of items I use. My only complaint is t with this particular CVS, but the head people who run this company with always having to put your weekly coupons in the app. Just make it easier and quicker CVS headquarters, pleaseeeeee

I use a bank that doesn’t have a brick and mortar location. I needed to deposit cash into the atm and this atm is the one that popped up on the map.
However, there was no option on the atm to deposit cash only to withdraw.
There were two staff members at the front. Both were friendly and polite. One kind of brushed me off, “it’s a contractor we don’t have anything to do with the atm”. Which I get but after an already long and stressful day it was annoying.
The second staff member (Jaci I believe) was great. She walked over with me and tried to help me see the problem. She happened to use the same bank. She looked up the info on her app and helped me through the process to deposit the cash. In my already frustrated and frazzled state it was very nice to feel supported and helped by her putting in just a little bit extra effort and kindness.

Do not go here to develop your photos. I packaged up 3 cameras, separately, with their photo envelopes to be sent out and developed. Today I went to pick them up and was told one of the envelopes was delivered empty and proceeded to hand me the envelope it was delivered in which was completely ripped open. The only thing the cashier told me was that it wasn’t on them for losing it and that it wasn’t their fault.. well it wasn’t mine!! Those photos THEY lost were of my nieces first Christmas and those memories/pictures are lost forever. Thanks so much cvs

I went to CVS today looking for things in particular and was easily able to locate them. Bonus was Easter candy on sale. My sales gal was friendly and was able to answer my questions. The store appeared well stocked with a good amount of employees to answer questions and all I spoke with were very friendly and professional!

Will be switching to another pharmacy. They never fill prescriptions when the doctor sends the order in. This has happened multiple times. They are very rude too and don’t care to help assist you.

Everyone who works here is kind, and they go out of their way to help the customers. I have nothing but praise for the people! But I can only give it 4/5 stars because, outside of their amazingly affordable same day photo service, this place is way WAY overpriced. I mean, they are crazy to charge such big prices on everything when there is a Target across the street that is half their price on everything! Go for the photo prints (always coupon codes on their website) but look at the prices in store before you buy. Disclaimer: I have never used the pharmacy services here.

Worst Pharmacy I've Ever Used. I have used CVS for years and this is the worst CVS pharmacy I have experienced. I am sadly moving my prescriptions to a new pharmacy I can trust. My experience has been horrible. When I first started using the specific pharmacy I was being charged for prescriptions to. Later learn they weren't billing my secondary insurance. So I was paying more than what I should have and never had it corrected so I lost money. Another reason I am dissatisfied with this CVS is when you were to speak with somebody about a refill. They seem to always tell you that you're out of the refills, which I am not because they're always looking at an old prescription and they don't take time to look for the current. I always have to tell them and then they find it which is really frustrating. Prescriptions are never ready for pickup when you need them and I think my final push to leave CVS is now you're no longer able to speak with an individual. The system is now set up when you call in that you can only go through automated prompters and you can leave a message for them to call you back and they never call you back. So it's a constant Chase. But then if you go into the pharmacy and request the items even though you're there, they'll tell you to come back hours later. They have eliminated all of the customer service aspect. You were just a prescription number and talking with anybody is extremely difficult. I'm not sure about anyone else I want to have the capability of talking with someone if need be which they have taken away. Regarding the CVS app, I have went on there multiple times to refill my prescriptions that way and it is very frustrating because you can check the ones you want and their website always seems to have a glitch and it bumps you out so you spend more time trying to refill the prescriptions on the app At this point CVS might as well have AI/robot take care of their stuff because they don't want anything to do with customer service or Being personable with their customers. Very sad. This definitely would not be considered a neighborhood pharmacy. I have also been waiting for my prescription in the pharmacy where I have heard the pharmacist talk very nasty to customers on the phone, it seems that people that just do not like their job or what they do. These are the reasons after many many years I have decided to find another pharmacy which is very disappointing.

Terrible service here. Everyone who works here has a bad attitude and acts like you’re inconveniencing them.
-They made it impossible to get someone on the phone, but then will not return a voicemail.
-They won’t take GoodRx unless you come inside even though you’re already at the drive through because they’re LAZY.
-I have seen them shut the window on someone who’s waited in line for 20 minutes because it JUST turned their lunch time.
-CVS PRICE GOUGES!

Pharmacy openly admits to being understaffed and not having enough hours available to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. If you want them to fulfill a script you’ll need to be a squeaky wheel. Would recommend other pharmacy’s that hire enough employees to provide a good customer experience
