Famous Footwear has a nice and big store that is clean. The staff is very friendly and assists with questions. They have a large selection of shoes, including tennis shoes and walking sandals like Teva Forebay. Although the selection range is ok, some sizes like regular size may not be available for all types of shoes. The staff shows integrity and is understanding when customers need to return or look elsewhere. They offer help when needed and checkout is fast. Famous Footwear is a good place to shop for shoes, with staff that goes out of their way to help customers.
They made a mistake on a return and actually called me to have me come in and get a discount. Very impressed w/their integrity

They didn’t have the boots I was looking for, but the staff went out of their way to help me. When I decided to look elsewhere, they were understanding and didn’t push me into buying. Good selection of tennis shoes though! I’ll be back.
