“First of all I want to give five stars to Trisha b who rang me up after what I believe to be Margaret the store manager should receive a one star overall I love Brighton but the store manager made a simple procedure very inconvenient for me a customer. I got a gift for Christmas was not able to even wear the bracelet due to a clasp challenge so it was an unworn still in the gift bag with my name on it I simply wanted to exchange it for the same item store manager told me I have to ship it off to be repaired I'm like I don't want to have to come back.. that is completely inconveniencing me as a customer this is an unworn item I'll simply return it.. so I did for an in-store credit and then proceeded to purchase the same item with my in-store credit..”

Prices are fair, their rewards program helps with extra savings, and I usually find what I need without much hassle. The staff is helpful when needed but never pushy, and the self-checkout makes the whole process quick and easy. It’s become one of my go-to spots for shoes.”

“Famous footwear is nice and big and clean. Staff is very friendly. They assisted me with whatever I had questions with. Their selection range is ok. I was looking for Ascis running shoes, and there was only of its kind. Some of the other shoes were in wide, and mine is regular size. If I would get my choice then for sure I will buy there but unfortunately not many.”
