“First of all I want to give five stars to Trisha b who rang me up after what I believe to be Margaret the store manager should receive a one star overall I love Brighton but the store manager made a simple procedure very inconvenient for me a customer. I got a gift for Christmas was not able to even wear the bracelet due to a clasp challenge so it was an unworn still in the gift bag with my name on it I simply wanted to exchange it for the same item store manager told me I have to ship it off to be repaired I'm like I don't want to have to come back.. that is completely inconveniencing me as a customer this is an unworn item I'll simply return it.. so I did for an in-store credit and then proceeded to purchase the same item with my in-store credit..”
“Always a huge variety of shoes and styles. They usually have a good range of sizes and you can have them ordered and delivered to your home if they don't have your size. They also have a great selection of clearance footwear located in the back of the store as they rotate stock!”
“I have to give kudos to the store manager at this location, Jennifer, for delivering top-notch customer service when it mattered. Recently I needed a proof of purchase to make a warranty claim for an item I bought here months ago. I hadn’t kept the receipt. I called the store, explained my situation, and Jennifer took time out of her day to retrieve an electronic receipt and e-mail it to me. Her tone was positive all the way through. She demonstrated the kind of customer service that we Americans used to take for granted. Thank you, Jennifer.”
“Famous footwear is nice and big and clean. Staff is very friendly. They assisted me with whatever I had questions with. Their selection range is ok. I was looking for Ascis running shoes, and there was only of its kind. Some of the other shoes were in wide, and mine is regular size. If I would get my choice then for sure I will buy there but unfortunately not many.”
