My favorite place to Workout. Clean, Friendly, Personal Trainers, Variety of Classes and Kiddie play area. The new Location at 43rd/Bell Rd. is Ah-mazing. Power Lifting Room, too! Huge variety of Machines. First Class!

I love this Gym it's the 1st I ever tried and I felt welcomed, people are really there to get fit. Motivation for me as well. Very clean, Respectful staff, NICE EQUIPMENT FOR EVERYTHING YOU WANT TO BUILD! 5 STARS FROM ME!

In town for a few days for Spring Training. Great gym…awesome one-week pass deal, tons of machines, open 24 hours during the week, and everyone was friendly. Everything I could have hoped for.
