I was very impressed. The arrangement was beautiful and much bigger than I expected for my $60 budget! The flowers were high quality and there wasn't a lot of "fillers" like leaves that just take up space and don't really add to the aesthetics of the arrangement. They made sure to add fresh water and food and package it carefully before I left. This will definitely be my go to floral place from now on!”

“So, here's my story. My wife loves to get flowers delivered to her work place on special occasions. You know, to get her co-workers jealous. Its Friday and Mothers Day is on Sunday, So this is the last day of the week to get flowers to her. So forgetting on Thursday to order them online from Four Seasons I desperately run in the store on Friday morning to plea to the ladies and as busy as they were, we manage to work things out. We managed to get my wife a special custom arrangements of flower's to her work place, but as me being the delivery guy. Great job ladies! “Thompson's Flower Shop was absolutely amazing to work with - I live in Wisconsin and had no idea on a florist for a last minute delivery need. I called 2 flower shop's who were very nice but could not get delivery done that day. The 2nd one recommended Thompson's who went above and beyond from the moment they answered the phone. They understood how important the delivery was made sure they knew exactly what I wanted & even texted me a couple of pictures on stuffed animals to add and promised to make it happen that day. They also worked their deliveries around the time they knew someone would be available to take delivery and even texted me a picture of the arrangement when they delivered. I could not recommend them more & the flowers and stuffed animal meant so much to the family they delivered to. Thank you so much for going above and beyond - It meant so much!”

“Trey and his team are absolutely amazing! I recently ordered a gourmet champagne basket through Cactus Flower Florists to be delivered to my brother-in-law who had his graduation in AZ. I was in a very specific and short time crunch to get the basket delivered while someone was at the Airbnb. They weren't able to get the delivery driver to the location in time so they created an entirely new basket and hand delivered it. I can't begin to express how impressed I am with their customer service. Highly recommend!”

“I need to share this and acknowledge how wonderfully I have been treated. Came in to get flowers for my mom, who's really ill. She loved the arrangement and I thought that it was a very pretty arrangement. I had challenge with the flowers, could of just been me putting them in the wrong place. But Ricco the owner was so wonderful and understanding. He was so quick in his response and so willing to make it right for me. And I have to say that many business owners anymore aren't up to this standard of customer service. The offer to make me happy, I didn't even ask for, nor expect.
