They removed hand wipes from cart area and hand sanitizer is only available at check out counter. They also removed alcohol and sanitizer from Sephora makeup area. Not sure what they’re trying to prove by doing this but they should at least have some available for whoever chooses to use it.
I picked up a vase that had sticky stuff all over it and a used tissue inside. Had to walk to other side of store to wash hands in the bathroom which is probably best but felt icky having stuff on hands and no sanitizer to clean it with.

Plenty parking, not so crowded place.
Recent experience: I would like to callout the customer experience we had with Alicia and her manager. It was a weird situation with the card helpdesk technical glitch, she handled it very well, though we were delayed while the glitch gets addressed, she was periodically checking we are fine while being on call with helpdesk tries to resolve. Such employees are always an asset for any store, hope the management recognizes her well too. Thank you.

Good place to find clothes locally and always have a large selection. Their prices can be a little high and sometimes it's best to buy items elsewhere. But overall great staff and generally always find what I'm looking for.

The Kohl’s at Lake Pleasant may not be the biggest one that is around, but they have a lot of stuff in stock and the associates are very friendly.

New purchase flow is a bit annoying. I never carry my Kohl's charge with me because I don't use it anywhere else. The self checkout can't look up the card so you have to wait in the combined return/purchase line for them to look it up.
This is probably a way for them to boost credit card usage on outside Kohl's purchases.
New checkout flow gives off big TJ Maxx vibes..
