She is very skilled at her job and I super appreciated it. Laura is now my go-to gal at FedEx and I always go to her location whenever I need a job done. “I find this store so convenient and the staff is very courteous. However on two occasions I have had Amazon telling me that they haven’t received their product and was going to charge me. But I keep my receipts and calls customer service for Amazon to let them know that I turned it in at the ups store. It could be laziness when they do what they have to do, but I’ve never been charged because I called which is an inconvenience.”
