“I go to Prisma for our large events because I know they can handle the work load and deliver the event graphics and signage on time with high quality. Our contact at the printer, Todd, is nice and easy to work with. He responds quickly to emails and always helpful if I have questions. When we're looking for something specific to be printed, he'll find the best solution for us as quickly as possible. At one event, stickers we printed was missing from the delivery when shipped to the event's location. He found it in their studio that same day and expedited shipping in time for the next day.”

“I’ve been to this location a dozen times and each time I’m so impressed with the customer service here.Today I have to put in a review for their customer service.The place was bustling and there was at least 3 people at the counter assisting customers and about 4 customers in line waiting for assistance.One of the customers at the counter was returning a few Amazon items. The girl helping her at the counter informed her that one of the packages are to be returned FedEx per the shipping label. Not only did she advise the customer of the nearest drop off location but she also helped her tape up the envelope and secured the shipping label so that she could easily drop it off at Fedex.They were so busy today, the girl could have simply said - this is a FedEx return, we can’t take it here and moved on to the next customer. But she took the time to go above and beyond.Great customer service.”
