Savannah helped us today and I’ve never had such great customer service at a Ross before! Usually people there hate their jobs or have an attitude. She was so bright and friendly and it made our experience a better one since we didn’t have to feel bad for inconveniencing the clerks.

My wife loves to shop at Ross we came down to the valley looking for presents for our young nephews and we got to say the selection clothes and everything was really minimal. Clean store clean bathrooms good attitude amongst registers. We might return

The quality of the store decreased after the pandemic. It's getting better, though, but it's still not as good as before .
