“The online order process was smooth. I was concerned it would go as stated as I've had issues in the last. It it was my first time ordering online and going into the store to pick it up. I sent my daughter in and she said the lady was kind and did not trigger her anxiety. However I failed to realize they need my id so I went it just at the right time. It was perfect experience. I will do it again I hate going in because I spend to much money ? ? lol Of course there were cute dress I wanted and had to run out with my eyes closed. Thanks Old Navy”

“I have to give kudos to the store manager at this location, Jennifer, for delivering top-notch customer service when it mattered. Recently I needed a proof of purchase to make a warranty claim for an item I bought here months ago. I hadn’t kept the receipt. I called the store, explained my situation, and Jennifer took time out of her day to retrieve an electronic receipt and e-mail it to me. Her tone was positive all the way through. “If you're not familiar with Chicos, it is a woman's clothing store. Their sizing is different from most department stores. They use double zero, zero, one, two, three. Ask one of the staff if you're not sure what size you wear according to their sizing.There are signs in the store that will tell you what size you might wear. They have pretty patterns of fabric and the clothes that are very current. Staff will be happy to help you if you have any questions. They also carry a selection of jewelry. Free parking outside.”
