“I have been sending my daughter here for a few months and as a new mom this was so terrifying and awkward. The infant room teachers made me feel so comfortable and most importantly my baby girl loves it! It's only been a couple months but she leaves with a smile on her face and doesn't cry when I drop her off anymore. The app updates are fabulous- they tell us what she ate, when she napped, diapers changed and of course the best part PICTURES! I love that they send me pictures of her while I'm at work. You have the usual hiccups with a new baby at daycare- lots of illness being spread between the kids, but they are really good about giving us notice for when stuff is starting to spread. The classrooms are clean and despite all the other kids in the room I really feel like my little girl is getting a lot of individualized attention. Seriously amazing place I can't recommend it enough Update: She has since moved into the older classroom and her teacher is also phenomenal! She learns a lot and is always coming home with new pictures and her vocabulary is really taking off. They also threw a really cute event for Halloween and have fun parties. Just absolutely love this place and the teachers- Ashley the director, Josie in the infant room, Emily in the 1 year old room and Kayleigh in the older 1s and 2s (I think that is her name, yikes I feel bad) are some of the stand outs. Daycare is of course expensive but for the quality of the teachers, it's really a great value.”

“The teachers and staff at AMSPA are dedicated to our kids' education. They really do care. We have been here since the school opened. It hasn't always been perfect but the school does pay attention to parents' concerns and addresses them. The administration this year also seem genuinely interested in making improvements for past shortcomings. Communication is great via Class Dojo.”
“My daughter loves to go everyday. Miss Zainab is a great teacher. So much activity and fun play for kids. Miss Grace and Miss Archana are awesome.I will sure recommend this place.”

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Phoenix Children’s Academy on 83rd Ave in Peoria for truly stepping up in a big way.
I had some concerns and shared them online and yes, it made its way back to them (the power of social media!). But here’s the part that matters: instead of ignoring it, they handled it with professionalism and genuine care ASAP.
They reached out to set up a meeting with me (which I unfortunately missed in my email because I was out). The moment I walked in, they asked if we could talk. I had a feeling it was about my post, so I asked, “Is this about Facebook?” and they said yes.
Not only did they acknowledge it right away, but they were sincerely sorry and wanted to understand my concerns and find solutions. They had already reviewed camera footage from the time in question, spoken with the teachers, and came prepared to address everything with me.
Before enrolling Kendrix, I did my homework interviewing multiple centers, making unannounced visits, and checking reviews. Phoenix Children’s Academy was the only one that checked all my boxes and made me feel safe leaving my son there.
After my post, people recommended other centers, but none of them felt right whether it was the reviews, the location, or even how my calls were handled.
It means a lot when a company not only reaches out after an issue but shows they truly care and take action. That’s rare, and I’m grateful.”
“My son has been attending Primrose Arrowhead for the last year or so. He loves the staff and the teachers as do my wife and I. The director Berta is extremely understanding and communicative which is the reason I recommend this school!”

“I love this school so much. This is an amazing place to take your child. We have been attending for 2 years now and knowing that my child is safe, loved, and learning is the best feeling ever as a parent. I know for a fact that the staff here is caring and thoughtful. They will provide a safe learning environment and have been consistent when it comes to communication and helping my child grow, giving us a great experience in school at such an early age. I love that everyone at this school is so engaged and involved. It is truly a little school family. They have created such a positive environment. I express gratitude to everyone there. You are making a difference. Thank you to the teachers, cooks, the director, and account manager to the front office staff, cleaners, and cooks! THANK YOU.”

“We have multiple former Bambino's House students at Brain Powers that are now in K-2nd grades and each time we see the consistency in their attitudes; they're excited to learn, positive & resilient-- and with awesome behaviors; responsible, studious, helpful, friendly, and respectful! Thank you for providing such foundational quality and consistency to your young students!”

“Leaving your baby in a childcare setting is hard. Thankfully, I don't worry about my son while he is at Primrose! He began in the infant room and is now almost 2. He is well cared for, happy, learning, enjoys his teachers, and is eager to play and have some fun when he's dropped off. The facility is clean, they provide healthy and nutritious food, and the rooms are well stocked with interesting toys and activities. The teachers and staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoy their curriculum and have been impressed with what my son is learning at such a young age. Communication is clear and prompt; an app is used to keep my up to date with my son's day. The playgrounds are really nice and even have misters. The only downside I have come across is the small size of the infant room - the cribs are close to the play area so the playing babies will easily disrupt the sleeping ones, but I can make my peace with that since the overall experience is very positive. We love Primrose and highly recommend them!”

“Best early childhood education I could have sent my son to! The staff makes you feel apart of the family, so welcoming, and always engaging with parent events. My son attended for over 3 years and he loved going to school everyday. Highly recommend! Small gestures such as Kristen's morning greetings were the best! Wouldn't compare Steve and Andrea's facility to any other childcare facility.”
“My child was enrolled in to this daycare for before and after school care. In the peoria area my child also attended sunrise preschool and although sunrise is not a bad place, peoria ave preschool was definitely the better option. In the morning they provided breakfast and after school they provided snack/meals. Both the director and assistant director are really good people. They are super welcoming and make you feel comfortable asking questions and communicating with them. They also are really good about letting you know what's going on throughout your child's day. They use an app to update parents about their child and any announcements or reminders they need to send out. We never had any issues with the teachers or staff. My child loved going there. Peoria ave preschool is one of the places I'm sad to have to leave due to us moving out of the area. If you're looking for childcare, coming from someone who has worked in childcare in the past as well as had my child enrolled in different child care locations , Peoria Avenue Preschool is definitely at the top of my recommendation.”

“Miss Wylette is a very sincere, intelligent, and an amazing teacher. She takes great care of my son in the class. She regularly and timely posts all the updates and pictures of different activities that my son participates in. There has not been a single day so far that she has missed out on this. This gives us so much relief and confidence on the school and my rating has been driven by this fact. We do much admire that this school gives zero screen time to toddlers and involves them in a variety of activities throughout the day that help build a great range of skills. Totally love sending our son to this school.”
“I have been bringing my child here since she was 1 1/2 after moving out of the area from our former Tutor Time. There have been changes and growing pains over the years, but we’re here because the staff truly cares about our kid. Kiddo is 5 now and will be aging out, but we’d keep her here even with all the false accusations that have been flying around. The former director, Sarah, used to come in early every day to sit with our child when kiddo was new and having difficulty to adjusting to being at day care. The teachers and the new director, Pashion (and asst director CJ) continue to care, make our child and us feel welcome, and promptly address any concerns we have with care, compassion, and efficiency. We even came back to this center after briefly trying another different day care entirely—it’s night and day with the care our child has received.Take negative reviews with a grain of salt…there’s usually a lot more going on beneath the surface.”
“Bright Beginnings stands as a beacon of exemplary early childhood education, with visible proof of its relentless pursuit of excellence and continuous growth. From the moment one steps foot into the facility, it's evident that every aspect of the center reflects the hard work and dedication of its staff. The staff at Bright Beginnings are not just educators; they are mentors, nurturers, and champions of every child's potential. Their unwavering commitment to fostering growth is palpable in the vibrant atmosphere that permeates every classroom. From meticulously planned activities to personalized attention, the staff ensures that each child receives the support they need to thrive.Every member of the staff has shown a tremendous amount of growth and support and I see that staff members like Rod makes it a priority to excel on a daily basis to reaching new goals and ensuring that Bright Beginnings continues to grow and flourish. It’s truly a team effort that keeps this organization at the top of the list and one that I often recommend to my friends for the best place to care for our kids.”
