“The teachers and staff at AMSPA are dedicated to our kids' education. They really do care. We have been here since the school opened. It hasn't always been perfect but the school does pay attention to parents' concerns and addresses them. The administration this year also seem genuinely interested in making improvements for past shortcomings. Communication is great via Class Dojo.”

I felt the teachers really cared about him and felt my precious little guy was safe and well cared for. He has asthma, and Grace was very attentive to his needs. “Bright Beginnings is truly the best! My daughter first brought her newborn I month old daughter here and she attended for about 9 months before they relocated out of state. When they moved back to Arizona and had another baby, there was no question where they wanted to go! After staying home for 5 months with her newborn, my daughter went back to work and enrolled both her daughter Kaniyah now 1 almost two and 7 month old brother Kayveon. Even though they live 40 minutes away, it’s completely worth the drive! The entire staff, from the teachers to the assistant directors and directors, are all so friendly, caring, and welcoming. They make us feel comfortable knowing our children are safe and well taken care of every single day. We are so grateful for Bright Beginnings and the amazing team that treats our kids like family! Thank you for all you do!”

“Our 3 year old son just finished up attending daycare/preschool at primrose after about a year and we are so grateful for the time he had there! We couldn’t recommend it enough! My husband and I are both completing our medical training and we needed a good reliable daycare. We wanted a place where he could learn and thrive, I love that primrose has a set curriculum to engage the kids. My son was coming home with different songs and words learned every day. I was so impressed! They have shade outside (a plus in the az heat!), and a cook that makes all the food/meals for them. I’m so glad they are not served packaged preservatives for every meal. And glad I didn’t have to pack his lunch every day, it was comforting to know he was being taken care of with healthy choices. I can’t say enough good things about the teachers as well. My son really grew to love them and they really care about the kids. I get multiple updates a day through the app, including what/how much he ate, when he was changed/went potty, pics of him playing or doing crafts, and when he napped. This gave me so much peace of mind throughout the day. And if I ever had questions or concerns, staff was quick to respond through the app. They keep their rooms very clean as well. (Can’t say the same about other daycares I have toured.) I LOVE that they don’t use iPads/tv for entertainment, or if so it is extremely minimal and strictly educational.
The primrose community hosts little events sometimes like for back to school/Mothers and Father’s Day, so it felt like we were part of the family. The Director Ashley Vitale was so great to work with in the beginning answering all our questions. She has a lot of experience and gave us the confidence to move forward with our son’s enrollment. I have no regrets, we will miss Primrose!!”

“My son was enrolled here at first when he was 2 and he loved it! Never had any issues, the girls were amazing with him and he loved it so much! We moved to Flag for a couple years, moved back and I enrolled him back to this school. He’s currently in pre-k class. Many of the old teachers are still there and remember him! I LOVE how many teachers stay long term….NO high turnover, It feels like a family dynamic. This is important when choosing a good daycare!!! The owner Courtney, is amazing and her staff are all incredible. I’m just so grateful that I found them and was able to enroll him when we came back down here! Thank you Courtney! My son will be starting Kindergarten in a few months…we will miss this school and all the teachers so much. They are hosting a pre-k graduation ceremony this week… Wyatt and I will miss you all so much! Thank you for taking care of my son over the years… your staff is incredible ???”

“I found Primrose when my daughter was 2 years old. She is now 4. The child retention is very good. Some mothers at primrose have had multiple kids go from infant all the way to Prek. My daughter has been around the same kids as well as the same staff this whole time; which I love. All teachers pretty much know all the kids and Ms. Pacheco does know all the kids names as well. It feels very personable. They really do treat the kids like family. My daughter loves her school. I would recommend 100%. My daughter is now in prek & the curriculum is great. She knows how to spell her own name now. They have cooking classes on Monday’s and Friday. As far as incidents or accidents if you’re child is bruised at the drop off they’ll write an incident report as well as if an accident happens at school as far as what happened exactly and what they did to make your child feel better (icing, hugging etc)… daycare is expensive to let’s start there, but I do think it’s a reasonable price based on the care, curriculum and piece of mind knowing she’s loved and safe.”

“Our family has had such a wonderful experience at MBK. This was our daughter’s first school experience, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better place for her to begin her educational journey.

I had some concerns and shared them online and yes, it made its way back to them (the power of social media!). But here’s the part that matters: instead of ignoring it, they handled it with professionalism and genuine care ASAP.

They reached out to set up a meeting with me (which I unfortunately missed in my email because I was out). The moment I walked in, they asked if we could talk. I had a feeling it was about my post, so I asked, “Is this about Facebook?” and they said yes.

Not only did they acknowledge it right away, but they were sincerely sorry and wanted to understand my concerns and find solutions. They had already reviewed camera footage from the time in question, spoken with the teachers, and came prepared to address everything with me.

Before enrolling Kendrix, I did my homework interviewing multiple centers, making unannounced visits, and checking reviews. Phoenix Children’s Academy was the only one that checked all my boxes and made me feel safe leaving my son there.

After my post, people recommended other centers, but none of them felt right whether it was the reviews, the location, or even how my calls were handled.

It means a lot when a company not only reaches out after an issue but shows they truly care and take action. That’s rare, and I’m grateful.”
