The car alerted me that evening the battery in the fob needed to be replaced. Next day I went back to Enterprise and sales manager, Jason, went to the Buick dealership to get a new battery and install it in the fob without hesitation. “The process of purchasing a vehicle with carvana was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had! No haggling, no hidden fees, a good deal on the new car and a good deal on my trade-in! I've only had my new car less than 24 hours now but so far I'm very impressed with the whole thing!
All of the people that I spoke with at Carvana were very friendly and helpful. No bullying, no trying to get me to add this or pay more for that. I was at the carvana location at my appointment time to pick up my car for less than 30 minutes start to finish! The process removed all of the things I have always hated about buying a new car!
Also to note, my son was absolutely thrilled to use the vending machine! He hasn't stopped talking about it yet!
