“As a father, there’s nothing more important to me than my daughter’s safety. When she found a 2017 Audi Q3 at Folks Auto Sales, we met with Jad, and from the very beginning, he treated us with honesty, respect, and genuine care.
We took the Audi on a thorough test drive, checking everything you normally would—windows, lights, brakes, steering, tire wear, making sure it wasn’t overheating, and that the A/C worked properly. The only issue we noticed was that the glove box handle seemed to stick. Since it was Friday and we wouldn’t be back until the following week, we left a deposit on the vehicle.
When we returned on Monday, Jad told us the glove box had been repaired. By the time the paperwork was finished, the Audi was detailed, fueled up, and ready to go. But what impressed me most was everything Jad had done that we never even asked for.
He asked how the car drove during our test drive besides the glove box issue. When we told him we hadn’t noticed anything else, he explained that with Arizona summers being so hot, he didn’t want to take any chances of my daughter being stranded without reliable air conditioning. He had his mechanic thoroughly inspect and service the A/C system to make sure everything was working exactly as it should.
He also noticed the rear passenger window wasn’t moving as smoothly as the others, so he replaced the switch. Then, while driving the car into the service bay, he felt a very slight vibration that neither my daughter nor I had noticed. It turned out to be a transmission mount. While it wasn’t causing a major problem yet, Jad chose to replace it because he didn’t want it to become one later.
What really stood out to me was that Jad remembered my daughter was a full-time student at ASU. He told her that with school, she already had enough on her plate and didn’t need to be worrying about unexpected car problems. He wanted to make sure her car was dependable and safe before she drove it home.
That level of honesty, integrity, and genuine concern is rare these days. Jad didn’t just sell us a car—he gave me confidence that my daughter was driving a vehicle that had been thoroughly looked over by someone who cared about her safety almost as much as I do.

“These guys are great. I purchased my 2018 Chevy Colorado truck at the end of 2023. The truck runs great, but since we are in AZ, the AC is bound to give u service issues from just being used so much in this heat. Dee has been a total professional both times that I had to get my AC fixed. Sice they have an independent mechanic shop in the back of their lot, Dee at the front desk of VIP Auto was able to work with that shop (as an intermediary to get me a good repair price) both times.
