Aurora is who spoke with me over the phone and assisted me when I arrived with the cat. All I have to say is she is wonderful and very knowledgeable about what the care and procedure that they provide for strays. Her bedside manner was pleasant and calm although the isn’t mine. I suspect she’s even better to people with their own pets. She amazing! Do whatever you have to do to keep her!”

“Dr. Long and Lexi, along with all staff, kindly gave Rich and I practical options with reasonable estimates to save our Wolfie from his seizures. After a few days of probing we made the difficult decision to put Wolfie down. We appreciate how much staff dedicated in time and energy to make us and our 9 year-old poodle/chihuahua comfortable throughout the entire process assessing longevity, quality of life and less suffering. After Wolfie had passed, Dr. Long followed up and reassured us in our decision, evidence of Vistancia's compassion and empathy in all that they do.”
