I cannot say enough about Dr. Ramirez. She is an absolute wonderful, truly caring individual in her job that she does.
She made the experience of me sadly having to have my poor cat put down Less painful.
It’s very hard to find veterinarians and doctors that truly truly care about their patients. She showed this in the care that she gave to my Annie in her last day.
The office staff at the front desk and the assistance are just absolutely wonderful. They’re so happy to be there and do their jobs. Their customer service is top notch.

“The staff and veterinarian here are amazing. They make appointments easy and informative. I've also had to have two of my beloved pets put down here now, my dog Bluey and one of my cats, Thelma. The staff is very caring, respectf, and sensitive to needs. I've experienced two of the hardest moments I've been through here, and I hear such awful, traumatic stories from others whove had to have their animals put down at other places.”

I am making an appointment for my newest Shih Tzu puppy Jazzy this month and feel completely confident with care she will receive for her spay. Before Jazzy I had Pandora and she was always happy with the doctor. Even at her old age of 14 years. I have since moved into Phoenix but I don't trust anyone else with my babies care. “The entire staff at Pet Dental USA Peoria are great! They are so caring and really spend a lot of time trying to understand your pets needs. Dr. Stattmann has performed surgery on three of my Shih Tzu's and they have all done exceptional. I would highly recommend them for not only great pricing compared to your personal veterinarian, but also because of how they treat you and your pets.”

“PetsHotel is cheap and the staff is always so helpful. In fact, once they let me pick out a replacement leash and collar since he pulled his through the gate while there and destroyed them. I would say almost entirely my dogs fault.
Always offering to help carry things to my car and providing a temp leash when I forget mine, twice now.”
