“First impressions on first visit was excellent. They were more interested in her symptoms than the last 3 vets I took my dog to, and offered a new treatment that Noone else had offered, we'll have to wait and see if it helps, everyone was super friendly to me and my dog. And when they took her back for her nails, biopsy and blood draw, I heard all the girls in the back singing a song to my dog while they did their stuff. It was really sweet and refreshing. Thx PVC I hope my girl starts to feel better soon!!!?? ?”

“I have lived here for 5 years from a very small town and this is the only place I'll bring my pets. They have delt wit me and sometimes my attitude wit compassion, urgency, and love for my pets! Prescriptions, or watevr I've never had to wait. Drop in wit a problem? Worked in immediately, if possible. Even when I lost my 15 yr old pet, the girls at the front desk let me gripe to them about something I had misunderstood n blamed them for, AND THEY WERE STILL PATIENT!! This is the place to take your pets for sure! Thx for 5 years and hopefully lots more!! I appreciate yaw!!”

My dog Bonez has congestive heart failure, a heart murmur, and respiratory issues — yet he’s still here, still loving life, because of their care. His medication keeps him going, and I’m grateful for every extra day.
His time is limited, and he’s been on hospice for over a year, but he’s fighting with all the heart he has. I can’t thank Amigo Animal Clinic enough for giving me more moments with him.”
“We've been coming to Stonecrest for almost 7 years now and have had nothing but great experiences. Our border collie is a very reactive, nervous dog and they are always so patient with her, making check ups and vaccines a stress free experience for us.
Most importantly they are the only place I have found that can/will groom Millie without sedation. The groomer at Stonecrest has taken the time to understand Millie over the years and (with the right Trazodone dosage) can always manage to get her fully groomed without having to sedate her. We are so grateful to the team at Stonecrest!”

It is an amazing clinic where you feel comfortable asking questions and can tell you are getting quality care for your animals.”
“Absolutely the best facility and staff! Not just their abilities either. Everyone there is genuinely interested in giving the best care and experience for both the horse and owner. From the first call to the last communication they explained everything and were helpful and made sure I understood what they were telling me. It's obvious the surgeon is top notch. I had more communication with Dr Vidal than I did with the surgeon who put a plate in my leg. The care was great, our horse is on the mend and my wallet didn't take a huge hit either. May God continue to bless the facility, staff and all who seek help there!?”
“Sadly I had to put my beloved Patches to rest here. I was not ready to let her go after 25 long years. The staff were gentle. The room was prepared with a candle. They asked if I have gone through this before, I had, so I took the night and we let her go gently the next day. They surprised me with a very small vile of her hair and whiskers I wanted but didn't have scissors for. I left.. they ran out after me and handed me everything I wished for.
I cried all the way home. ? They were gracious in a painful time and helped me through it.”

“Got my dog spayed today and the staff was very nice, patient, and helpful. Very cost effective and have add ons to the spay that I loved because my dog has a bit of anxiety. Drop off was quick and organized, pick up was the same and was able to receive her medication along with important information about the recovery process. My dog is, of course, uncomfortable but is not in any pain which I was very nervous about and the incision looks good. Overall, I’m extremely happy with getting my dog spayed here!”

“Once I discovered this place, it’s been the ONLY place I have taken my dogs for the past 20 years. Melissa and her team are AMAZING. They know all the dogs and their personalities. They all go above and beyond. Every time I drop off my dog(s), I can go out of town without worry. We currently only have 1 dog and I can also drop her at doggy day care so she can play in a safe environment with other dogs. Truly the best team! They love what they do, they love and care about the animals and it shows. Also, whatever the groomer/bathers are doing to my dog, I need their secret. She has crazy fur and when I pick her up her fur is so soft and she looks so pretty. Thank you Boulder Falls team!”

I believe) was very sweet, knowledgeable & personable, as was Vet Lipovitch, I felt they listened to my concerns and addressed everything, explaining along the way. I feel that my dog is in good hands and got the best care! Ashley was so helpful when explaining the breakdown of pricing & their referral program ($25 credit for you & the referral), they actually want to help, reassuring these days!”

“Dr. Bracken is the best vet in the city. He provides a small town family feel vibe at his clinic, and unlike pretty much all vet clinics I have found in Phoenix, Arcadia Animal Clinic is not owned by a larger conglomerate. Dr. Bracken doesn’t over prescribe vaccines and meds like many vets. He listens and cares. The only downfall is that he is so good and likable that his new client waitlist is pretty long - but 100% worth the wait. I’ll be selfishly sad when Dr. Bracken starts his much deserved retirement because vets like him are almost impossible to come by. Thank you Dr Bracken for providing my dog such good care.”
